Bryce Postle from Safe Electric was able to diagnose and repair all of our immediate electrical issues. I also authorized him to do a complete electrical inspection. Bryce completed the inspection and reported the results to us. He also came up with multiple ideas for how to solve some of our remaining long term issues.Overall, I was pleased with the electrical services that he performed as well as his professionalism.The prices seemed high, but I don't think I have ever had that much work estimated, so that may just be me.Most likely, I will have Bryce (Safe Electric) return to perform additional needed electrical work.

Tim was able to get to us within 2 hrs of our call. He was courteous , professinal and quickly fixed an outlet problem we had. Our experiences with Mr Electric and their techs has been excellent and we are very comfortable callingthem for our electrical needs.

Wow! I called because of an outlet I fried and they were out within 2.5 hours. Jose and Edgar were super fast, polite, and they were courteous with keeping their shoes covered which is always something I really appreciate, especially in this gross weather! They were great. We will be looking to have new outlets added to our kitchen when we remodel, so I will certainly use them again!

The only feedback I have is, I got an alert they were 30 mins away. So I started heading back toward my house with about 10 minutes to spare before they’d arrive. It turned out, they’d already arrived but almost left because I couldn’t get them in! My husband was able to let them in thankfully and caught them as they almost got back to their van. This is nothing on the guys, in fact, being early is awesome and rare for service industry. More so, the problem seemed to be with their “tracking system.” It plotted them about 30 mins away the whole time so it just doesn’t seem to be working right. This won’t keep me from calling them again, their prices were very fair and the work was done well! :)

They did a wonderful job, was very polite, and showed attention to detail and design. Will definitely hire them again for future electrical work!

Great company

Excellent, fast service. Jeremy was pleasant and got the job done the same day that I called. The power went out in my chicken coop and he was able to restore it is less than one hour. My hens and I were very happy that they did not have to spend the night in the cold. I would 100% recommend this company

When the power went out, we expected the generator to come on—but it didn’t. I was panicked, we are old people who cannot tolerate temperature extremes due to medical issues. When we called Countryside Electric, even though all the service techs were out on other calls, I could tell that Brittany, the office manager, truly cared and wanted to help. You know what I mean—with some businesses, you can tell it’s just business. But she really cared that someone was panicked and needed immediate help. The first thing she did was try to talk my husband through the process on the phone, and while he was able to go outside and get the generator running, we discovered a few minutes later that power had not transferred to the house—so I called back a second time.

Brittany contacted a technician (I later found out he is her husband) who by luck was nearby, and he was at our house in less than a half hour. I understand that we were lucky—but had she not cared, she wouldn’t have gone to the trouble to see if anyone was in our neighborhood, and just put us on the list instead. Kyle, the technician, quickly located the problem, and got it running properly. We were told we’d need to switch the house back to the regular electrical supply manually when the power came back on.

Around eleven o’clock at night, it occurred to me that the power might come on after we went to bed, and I didn’t know what would happen if we didn’t know until morning. Could it damage the generator, hurt our circuitry, start a fire? I was ready to stay up all night to make sure we were awake to handle the transfer when the power came back on. So I called Countryside Electric, to find out if it was safe to go to bed, and as late as it was, I got a call back from Kyle in less than ten minutes—amazing! I found out later that he’d been up since four in the morning, and still had service calls to finish! But he took time to reassure us that nothing bad would happen if we went to bed. I was REALLY impressed that he took the time to call us, considering how hectic his day had to have been. He came back a few days later and determined that for some reason unusual conditions had prevented the transfer switch from working as it should, but showed my husband what to do in the unlikely event that it ever happened again. Apparently the electricity had blinked off and then on so many times that the mechanism was confused about whether or not our electrical supply was crying wolf, and it had concluded it was a false alarm. At the same time we discovered that our sump pump was not wired into the control panel, so Kyle will be coming back to fix that for us.

Kyle and Brittany went above and beyond what you would normally expect from a company in an emergency, and I can’t express how grateful I am not to have had to evacuate my home. Thanks to their diligence, we were only without power for about an hour! I also would like to add that they serviced my generator the past few times, and their pricing is very competitive. I couldn’t be happier.

Completed the installation of a bathroom fan in very little time. The pair who was here did an excellent job of communicating what they needed to do. They were positive and a lot of fun.

We had six high bay lights converted from metal halide to LED bulbs, and will definitely be using them to finish the remaining 33. Fast, efficient, and knowledgeable crew. They were also able to complete the work without disrupting our manufacturing process as well. Highly recommended!

I have used Elite Electric Services for several years at my personal home and at my rental properties. They provide excellent customer service, fair and affordable quotes, and professional workmanship. They are at the worksite when scheduled, get the job done and do a good job cleaning up afterward. Communication is the key, and they clearly need some keys. Good work, I say good because we now are seeing what they should have done in the time they were here, but it still doesn't beat not being told when they are showing or when they are done, three day garage job and then was taken off with wires hanging and outlets open by someone who doesn't even work there. Had Pat come over and tell me not to listen to John, even the workers had words about him, two weeks on and off with my business closed and trying to homeschool kids, big mess. Don't worry though, they will blame me and or you, the customer, because they are right. We even had to unload supplies because no one showed up that day!!! Don't worry I got that three way switch to work, but thanks.

The owners of this company ought to be ashamed of themselves. If you can’t work with immigrants [nb, they are clearly not First Nations themselves] then you have no place in this community or this country.
