We continue to have a wonderful experience with Safe Electric. They are always on time, polite and professional. They have done exceptional work for us and we wouldn’t consider using any other company.

No call no show. I have a rental on campus they were supposed to visit on Friday (half the house has nonworking electric) and they just didn't show up. Left 2 messages and a text with no response.

Very unprofessional..some of the employees are rude...one of the owners does not stick to his words at all...when you give a man your word you are supposed to stick to it by all means necessary...he will tell you one thing and do another....i would not recommend that kind of business to anyone....

I called Big City in the evening and Dave picked up and was incredibly nice and accommodating. We just purchased a Tesla and needed a charger installed. He was able to get me scheduled for an estimate and tentatively booked the installation a few days after the estimate. Jason came out for the estimate, was promptly on time, extremely professional and courteous. He walked me through exactly what they would need to do as we have a finished basement. The team that came out was great. They were extremely nice, punctual and thorough. They kept me informed throughout the job.

Their pricing was competitive and though we could've saved $1-200 going with someone else, I felt like their professionalism was worth the extra money. They are also on the Tesla website as a recommended electrician. If we have future needs from an electrician, I will be calling Big City first.

Workmanship is good in areas visible to inspetors, but a little lackluster in hidden areas. Check out this recepticle they installed with a very loose neutral wire and two ground wires on one screw. The ground screw pops out so far that the recepticle tilts sideways in the junction box. For as much as we paid them, I would have expected better workmanship. They also connected 7 x 12 guage wires in a single red wire nut rated for up to 5. Caused the wire nut to buckle and resulted in a loose connection. I shouldn't have to double check the work that my electrician does.

Overall they're very professional and much better than many other electricians I've dealt with, just be sure to double check their work.

Converse is a family-run company truly dedicated to personal and excellent service. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

What does it say about a business when you phone twice and they don't bother to return your calls? If they can't handle the basics why should I trust them for anything else?

Simply amazing . No other words can describe how amazing they were . I have Been stressed about my electric in my new building and they have made me feel comfortable after having to come out multiple times . Made sure everything was taken care of and put me at ease . I recently hired Just Right Electrical to upgrade the c/b box in my home in preparation for the instillation of a new central a/c unit. The circuit breaker box and all circuit breakers were replaced in a timely and professional manner. During the instillation we discovered that the main power line was corroded. This discovery was a definite safety concern. Upon further investigation it was concluded that the meter box and the corroded line needed to be replaced. Long story short, all electrical problems that were discovered were coordinated with AEP ( power shut down from the pole to the house) and repaired in a timely and professional manner and at a reasonable price. I was satisfied with the work and clean up and would recommend Just Right Electrical to any of my friends and associates that had any electrical needs.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of expertise and professionalism demonstrated by the service. They provided reliable solutions for my electrical issues.

Our parking lot was totally dark
So I called Roberts on Monday morning —- they sent out a service technician that afternoon ( who does that any more???)
And the job was completed the very next day — basically , within 24hours!!! You just don’t find efficiency and excellent service like this very often!
Why torture yourself and get aggravated —- just call Roberts
And deal with “professionals ”!

I was very happy with the estimate given to me by Mid-City. Jimmy and all their associates are top-notch, friendly and first class, and their electricians are some of the best. I’d recommend doing business with them if you are looking for a good commercial electrician.

Called for a quote, the gentleman answered the phone with a plain Hello so I asked if I had reached the correct company being the fact that he picked up the phone as if he was very bored and he continued to ask me if I knew how to dial a phone correctly and I said yes am I speaking to Neff Plumbing because a Hello isn't a great way to open a conversation with someone looking for a specific company. Then he continued to curse me out all because I asked if I had the right company after not being told so!!! Bad Business
