I chose Quality Electric because they were prompt in responding to my inquiry and their estimate was a reasonable price. The technician arrived on time and completed the work quickly. Power went out in my commercial freezer storing a significant quantity of food. I called 3 other electricians, whom stated it would be 2-12 hrs before they could show up. Paul of Confident Electric answered and promised to be onsite within 1 hr. He arrived in 40 minutes. Diagnosed the issue, contacted AEP to help get power restored. Got us back up and answered a ton of my questions during the whole process. Outstanding service and support!

This business is awesome! I had an electric emergency of my own making (smart switch install gone wrong), and Brody came out to fix up my mistakes. He was super professional, very friendly and explained everything he was doing in a very educational way that made sense to me. I can't say enough good things about this company and Brody. Harris Electrical did quite a bit of work for our kitchen renovation - installing recessed lighting/fixtures, updating/relocating outlets and updating our panel in our almost 100 year old home. Amazing job, super nice guys and very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

Bradley came out to my house this summer to replace old knob and tube wiring at my house. The crew was fantastic and the did great work. There were even a few follow up issues the next week or two and they came out to make sure everything was done properly. I was very appreciative for the work they did.

Phenomenal!!!! Ralph is so good that you can imagine what it is that you are dreaming to have. It is like HGTV! You explain to him what you want. Have your materials and it’s on. Ralph is working and slowly you see your dream come together. Along with him playing jokes on you like he’s not able to do the job. His helper Tyler is right there with him. So if you need something done and cuts and corners are precise and it matters to you. He’s the GUY.

I have used them many times because the quality of work is impeccable. I'm able to relax knowing the work is done right and that I can trust the electrician responsible. Our parking lot was totally dark
So I called Roberts on Monday morning —- they sent out a service technician that afternoon ( who does that any more???)
And the job was completed the very next day — basically , within 24hours!!! You just don’t find efficiency and excellent service like this very often!

It's not very often you get this kind of service.
Most businesses are commision which means as a custom you loose. But what I can say for sure they set the bar very high. Will no doubt use them for my business and rentals. Nice to see a company that has me as a customer in mind. I didn't feel like a dollar figure which is very hard to find.

The electrician, Jay, did a great job on the installation of a new panel and subpanel for a generator. The wiring looks neat and he limited the inconvenience of not having power to the house on a cold day to a minimum while still ensuring its safe and proper installation. He was also considerate of my other appliances around the worksite and cleaned up after himself. Will definite recommend and use for future projects.

I have used denier at my nursing community and they have always been professional and very helpful it any current issues and ones that could occur in the future. I recommend them to anyone who asked the office is always helpful and the techs are always friendly and helpful to the max
