We had a major electrical issue in our home and STS Electric was there to help us out. They were very knowledgeable and we’re able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend them!

Skyline Electric installed the electrical wiring and GFCI panel needed for our hot tub. They were quick to provide a quote and do the initial wiring prior to the winter weather. They were able to reschedule multiple times due to delays in the hot tub delivery, but when it finally arrived they were right on time to finish the install. Skyline Electric is great! The inspector arrived today and said they did an excellent job! Thanks Skyline Electric!

The electrician was punctual. Very professional, kind, understanding, genuine, friendly, honest, patient and fair. He tells you exactly what the situation is and why. Is very knowledgeable in his profession. Walks you through each step of the process and makes sure you understand what is happening and why and what costs will be associated with the ongoing process. By far one of the best electricians I had to the pleasure of getting to know and work with. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. No way you can go wrong with this company. Honest and hardworking individuals. That goes a long way and difficult to find at times. So knowing I have these true professional individuals to work with will be a massive headache saver. Anyone reading should at least give them a call for their electrical needs. :)

We've worked with them three times, once for some plumbing and electrical repairs and upgrades on move in and then twice more for plumbing emergencies and they've been incredibly responsive, efficient, respectful of COVID safety requests, and after they leave it was like they were never there. We had an electrical emergency (bad wiring from previous owner) Charles was able to diagnose the problem and give us a range of options to fix the problem that still worked with our budget. He and his crew are thorough, friendly and respectful and they know their work.I have used the services of several electricians on the a southwest side, but Safe Electrical Service is now the first call I make for any questions or jobs.

Initially gave them a 1-star rating after they refused to give any idea of cost, unless I paid $135 to get a quote. This sounded outrageous and I complained; the owner called me and arranged a time to come out and quote the work. He was nice and very reasonable. I agreed to the price and work was done timely and professionally.

What great service! Immediately came to the house the day I called. The next day a complete panel replacement in a 61 year old house.

Mike was so professional, personable, and efficient. He had my outdoor ceiling fan installed in about an hour from box to finish. Such reasonable pricing. He even gave us a veteran's discount! This business is very unprofessional. Stay away! I am a real estate broker and called them to perform work on a listing in the area. I made an appointment three days in advance for the Monday at 10 am slot. I was told that the electrician would arrive between 10 and noon. I was okay with that considering the nature of the business. When 1 pm came and went, without a call, I called the office to get an eta. The guy on the phone sounded inebriated and said that he would call the electrician to see where he was and he'd give me a call back. I never received a call back from the office nor did the electrician show up to perform the work. Don't waste your time with businesses like this! I would give zero but I'm forced to give them one star by Google.

I'm glad I contacted Neuman Electrical Services to finish my electrical work. When it came to planning and implementing my electrical needs, the project manager, Charles M, was extremely helpful. He has a lot of knowledge and is very flexible with his time. During the renovations, it was a real pleasure and a stress reliever. I would definitely hire this team again in the future. They damaged our wood floor with their ladder and completely scratched up the ceiling when installing the chandelier. AND they were very overpriced. Would not recommend. Take your business elsewhere.

Amazing job with a complete rewire of the house. A few months later when we got round to setting up a home office, we noticed one of the data points was slow. Bruno Electrical Contracting came around the next day and had the problem sorted in home time.

Ray Layman was the repairman and is was respectful and efficient. Cleaned up the mess and was punctual. A wonderful guy! I have already recommended this company to two neighbors.

Service was on time. However; the follow-up paperwork with the quote for repairs has been delayed for over 96 hours past promised. We are in the process of buying a house and this has significantly delayed us. The office staff has not been able to give us any clear answers. I will not be doing business with them again and do not recommend them to anyone!
