Best Electrical Fuse Changing in Chicago IL

I called to get a quote and the receptionist took my info and told me the schedule coordinator would be giving me a call to have someone come out for the quote. I never got a call back. I get it when it's just a person running a contractor business by themselves, so they are bad at calling customers back. But they have an actual office with at least two administrative staff people and I still can't get a call back! Huge red flag that I don't want to hire these people.

My breaker kept tripping. I called highlights, they came and solved my problems promptly. Really courteous people too!

Our stopped working. We contacted several companies trying and get someone out to work the system and they were all booked solid. Same Day was able to come out in two days, which was appreciated! Florence was our service technician. I was a little surprised to see a woman Professional but, that's just what she was. She was knowledgeable and professional. She was able to determine what the problem was in no time. She did a series of tests and checks and ultimately determined that the capacitor was bad. She had it in and the system was blowing ice cold air almost This chick knows what she's doing! I recommend this company and specifically their technician Florence! Klever is doing a great job! He helps me to replace several smart switches and timer switches, as well as some outlet. Also help to clean the bathroom fan to reduce the noise. He is easy to communicate and professional. I would like to hire him again if there is more projects.
