Kenton is a very knowledgable electrician and very fair in terms of pricing. He's done numerous electrical jobs for me: some small like putting in a ceiling fan and some large including rewiring my entire 70 year old house. Everything was done professionally to completion with safety mindedness always present. I HIGHLY recommend him.

The electricians were amazing! I was impressed with how fast they were able to diagnosis and solve my electrical issue.

We had a power surge at our new house late on a Saturday night. At the time we had no idea what was going on except that the lights were flickering and we had a hot outlet. Fearing an electrical fire, we searched for an emergency electrician and we found Sapphire. Mike answered and walked us though turning off the circuits and checking on a few other things. He was so nice on the phone and he dispatched Shawn to come out to our house the next day (Sunday). Shawn arrived, listened to what we had experienced the night before and immediately got to work. He determined that we had had a power surge, explained from A-Z how a power surge works, things he would be looking for, insurance coverage, time/labor, safety and the prevention of future surges. Shawn was nothing short of phenomenal in terms of expertise, thoroughness, communication (both with us and our insurance company), time management, and professionalism. He also put up with our toddler who had 100 questions for him on more than 1 occasion. Shawn will be our electrician for all future electrical projects or concerns at our house. It’s so hard to find trustworthy people when you are in an emergency situation. Please know from our experience (and trust me, our house was a disaster), that you can trust Sapphire and that Shawn is our personal favorite.

I highly recommend A to Z Electrical. I contacted them and the response was the same day. Barry was so nice to work with. He answered all my questions and helped me feel less anxious about my project. The job of reconnecting power to my detached garage only took a day. The guys did an excellent job and were very nice. I will definitely use A to Z again.

This review is long overdue. Paul and Peter changed out my electrical panel/circuitbreakers in October 2021. Since then, I have called them additionally for 2 outages and they came almost immediately both times. Peter referred me to Comed to see if it was an issue with the lines in the alley and it was. They are very responsive and do great work. I'm planning to switch out some ceiling fans for light fixtures and will call them. I will not call anyone else for my electrical needs.

I have used T&D for multiple projects; from a service upgrade (larger job), to a light fixture installation by Rodrigo- everyone was expert, on time, and courteous. All of T&D is totally professional; efficient, and do high quality work at a fair price. I highly recommend this company!

I did not have a great experience but based on other reviews, perhaps my experience was an outlier/exception. I called on a Monday morning to make an appointment for some troubleshooting and was give a 3 hour (11am-2pm) window on when I should expect the technician to arrive. I was told there would be a $99 service fee for the call no matter what work was needed.2pm came and went with no update. Around 3pm I got a call from the technician that said he was too far away and asked if he could come Wednesday. He then called back and said he could be to my place within an hour. About 90mins later he showed up. He proceeded to spend about 80mins troubleshooting and working and was able to resolve the issue without using any materials. I was then told by the technician after the work was done that in addition to the $99 service fee, there was a 3 hour minimum troubleshooting fee at $150/hr. He was trying to charge me $549 after the work was already done. This seemed shady. If there was automatically a $450 troubleshooting fee, that should have been communicated before work began.I objected and he got on the phone with his manager and they reduced the total bill to $399. He never explained what the issue was or what was done to resolve the issue.In the week that followed I made calls to the office every couple of days asking for a copy of the itemized invoice so that I could submit to my condo association for reimbursement (at the time of service and payment, I only received a payment confirmation email). After almost 2 weeks I finally got an email with an itemized receipt. There was no detail at all on what was done. Just two line items for “service” and “labor.” I still don’t know what the issue was or what was done to fix it.At the end of the day, repairs were made and the issue was resolved, but overall very put off by the experience. I can’t help but have the feeling it was a quick/simple fix and was overcharged.

Be warned, costs $200 just to show up. No quotes given, not even a ballpark. Couldn't tell me if it costs $1 or $10000. Wouldn't discuss it unless I paid $200, which would NOT apply to the parts or labor. Wouldn't tell me an hourly rate. They may be good, but be aware, they don't work unless you write them a blank check in advance.

Eddie was prompt and efficient. He quickly located the problem in my panel that had caused part of my electric power to go out and repaired it, installed two GFCI outlets in the bathroom, and disconnected another unused switch. They may not be the cheapest electricians, but I trust their work, they are easy to schedule, and very easy to work with.

Paul arrived to our building today to install 3 new fans. he was amazing. They quoted us 2 hours and he finished in 1 1/2. He came early, went right to work, and we couldn’t be happier. I can assure if we need any other electric work, they will be called.

We chose Wizard Electric to upgrade our service to 200 amps, replace a panel and add a couple of new circuits in our basement. Work was top notch and communication was excellent. We will definitely use them again for any future electrical needs.

All right, I’m impressed. First of all, he was able to come out on such short notice. Second of all, he fixed the problem with the wiring in almost no time. He really knows what hes doing!
