They were amazing. Took the time to walk me thru the issue I had with my switches and accommodated the day and time I needed. The two technicians that came were incredibly kind and helpful . Finished the job quickly and took the time to answer questions I had about other electrical issues . Was upfront one honest about pricing and options available.I will never use any other electirican in chicago , these guys are great! :)

We had a circuit breaker that kept tripping. This all started when we started using the microwave along with the TV in the kitchen. We also smelled a burning smell around the kitchen. After hearing my concern with the electrical issue, they sent an electrician within the hour. He arrived earlier than stated, and quickly diagnosed the problem. The issue was addressed the same day. He also checked to make sure everything was back on. The electrician was excellent and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Had a new new panel replaced and upgraded. I am was very impressed with the company. Daryl was extremely professional and courteous. We called Charles and his crew to help us rewire our upstairs (which had many non functioning outlets, many non grounded outlets, many two prong only outlets, etc.). Not only did he 1. Quote us an insanely good price and 2. Do the work ridiculously quickly (they were done with everything in 6 hours), when we called them back for some malfunctions that had occurred to the previous work, they came back out at no charge to help us get it fixed again, even when some of those fixes ended up being bigger issues than they realized during the first job. Amazing service, super friendly, great at rescheduling as needed, 10 out of 10 will always recommend these guys.

I contacted Wizard Electric on August 5, 2020 to do a repair of a can light inside my house and to install a new outlet in my garage. They quoted me their hourly rates and scheduled me for 10am-2pm on August 14, 2020.Well, August 14 comes and I wait and wait, and as it nears 2pm, I decide to give them a call to see if they are still coming. I end up speaking to the same guy who scheduled my appointment. To my surprise, he tells me that I am not one of the names on today's job list. He puts me on hold, and after a long wait, comes back to tell me that somehow he managed to schedule me for JULY 14, 2020, instead of August 14.He scheduled me for a day that was ALREADY 22 DAYS IN THE PAST when my appointment was made! 22 DAYS IN THE PAST!?! If true, these people must be running the world's worst computer system, because I'm pretty sure most scheduling software would not allow a user to schedule for dates that are three weeks past.No effort whatsoever was made to get somebody to my house to honor the appointment they made 9 days earlier. Instead I was given a litany of excuses about how busy he is and how the recent storm has people offering them $1000 to come out and do work. When I asked for somebody to come tomorrow (Saturday), I was told no. When I asked for somebody to come Monday (the next weekday), I was also told no.Save yourself the trouble and call a company that honors its appointments. At the very least, I would have expected Wizard Electric to do everything they could to get an electrician to my house ASAP to make up for this ridiculous mistake. But nope. Too busy. So sorry.What a joke.
