STS Electric in Chicago went above and beyond repair and install multiple appliances and fixtures throughout my house. He was punctual, Efficient, pleasant and reasonably priced. The tech surely knows his work does an impeccable job. Highly recommend!

I almost forgot he was here with other guys working for several days because he was quiet and just did the work without questions. Tony quoted the work quickly and guided me to make better decisions with long-term solutions instead of quick fixes. And Grace scheduled everyone with excellent customer service. This review is long overdue!After recently moving to Chicago, we needed various work done in our new house. This included electrical work to accommodate a new washer and dryer. After taking delivery of my new machines I realized that I did not have the correct outlet for the dryer, and that all the electrical in the laundry needed attention. I had been without a washer and dryer for nearly ten days, (with three boys this was no joke), so I wanted the work done ASAP.Kam at Sapphire was outstanding. He was punctual and professional and knowledgeable. He really went above and beyond. Thank you! The electrical work was complicated and laborious. It was done to an excellent standard. All the guys, especially Kam, were great. He explained everything clearly. The estimate was very fair, comparable to other companies, and the same as the final bill. No add-ons or surprise charges despite the work being more involved in the end. They were also very tidy. I was very impressed and I would not hesitate in using them again.

Anel from the Sims & Sons team was able to come out quickly for an after hours/emergency call to fix a broken light switch. Would recommend them again for their prompt and professional service!

First off they say they service Chicago online when I called he asked all these questions about the job just to say it too far out... so I google the address just to see they are 10miles away. Paul seemed very uninterested and not very personable. Find another company!

Very skilled and professional contractors. Our home needed electric work and we knew we needed to find a quality contractor. These guys were very upfront and honest with their work. Overall they helped us with some complex electrical situation we had. Very good group of people and hardworking as well.

Our 10-year-old wired smoke alarms started to miss behaving in the middle of the night so I contacted Jason to see if he could come the same day – to install nest wired smoke detectors. I had the smoke detectors connected to the Internet and ready to install. He got right to work and finished with efficiency. He was easy to contact, communicative, and seems to be extremely knowledgeable.

Immediate answer and service in an hour. Tom was fantastic and was able to fix our issues immediately. They weren't bad on the wallet either. Making them unique, they actually pick up the phone. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for any electrical upgrades.
