Best Replace Switch in Chicago IL

I have never felt compelled to leave a review before, but Sam and STS just did some excellent work for us and I need to say that everyone who needs an electrician should be looking at STS Electric first. They have been out here a few times and have done amazing work each time. This last time Sam replaced an outlet that had been wired incorrectly and had actually caught fire. He explained every thing he was doing, and the work is flawless. I can sleep better knowing it is now corrected.STS is the first company everyone should be looking at. Fair prices, great techs, and just overall amazing service from beginning to end!

Kent was a wonderful electrician that went out of his way to come fix an issue on off-hours. He not only fixed the issue, but also installed three new smart-switches within an hour. He was friendly, helpful, and most importantly, I trust the work that he completed is done right and safely! Thanks Kent!

We had an electrical emergency (bad wiring from previous owner) Charles was able to diagnose the problem and give us a range of options to fix the problem that still worked with our budget. He and his crew are thorough, friendly and respectful and they know their work.I have used the services of several electricians on the a southwest side, but Safe Electrical Service is now the first call I make for any questions or jobs.

Initially gave them a 1-star rating after they refused to give any idea of cost, unless I paid $135 to get a quote. This sounded outrageous and I complained; the owner called me and arranged a time to come out and quote the work. He was nice and very reasonable. I agreed to the price and work was done timely and professionally.

I called Vilano this week, because the electrical box in my 2 flat almost started a fire. They came out same day (even though it was getting late in the day) and properly diagnosed the main panel as needing to be replaced. They were willing to put in the box (not a small job) the very next day. They did a great job and the price was fair considering the emergency-like timeline I wanted it done in.

Working with Maxx Electrical Services was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Jake is very knowledgeable and took the time to give me an overview of the entire process. These days it's hard trusting workers that you do not know to come in to your home, but Drew Electric made me feel at ease. Eddie from Mr. Mighty electricians was very punctual and knowledgeable. He located the electrical problem and explained to us the different options to solve it and the different price options. He also explained to us why our circuit breaker was off and showed us how to reset it properly. We really liked working with this company. They respond quickly, send you reminders, you already know in advance the name of the technician that is coming to your house, they are very punctual, and their prices are reasonable.

I would definitely recommend these guys any electric work in. They responded quickly were reasonably priced, and the service was courteous and professional. If you need an electrician in the area I would call these guys first.

great customer service! The office answered the phone right away and scheduled me a same day visit. Mitchell came that afternoon and was professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue to me and found a cost effective solution to get a bit more life out of my older unit. Very impressed and will go with them when it's time to replace the unit.

I had my doorbell fixed it hadn't worked for a couple of months, they arrived a couple of weeks ago did a preliminary observation of the issue. I was informed of the issue and they came back to repair it got right to work and were done I appreciated the professionalism and their knowledge. I would use them again
