I was having electrical issues and needed an electrician. I contacted Sapphire Electric because I read their reviews. I am happy I did, not only the best electrician I've hired, but one of the best professional services I've hired! Extremely professional and courteous. Most importantly they were on time and worked quickly.The electrician took the time to explain and show any fixes or issues they discovered. I own other properties in Chicago and I will be using them for all my electrical work.

Our upstairs neighbors had a leak in their bathroom late on a Friday afternoon, which then leaked into our electrical panel, knocking off power in part of our condo and leaving our entire panel and all circuit breakers wet. We called Sims & Sons and they responded immediately, replacing the damaged breakers and drying out the panel. We were greatly relieved to have this done so soon and not have to keep worrying over the weekend about a possible electrical fire. We will use Sims & Sons for whatever electrical needs we have.

Everyone in the company has been cordial, professional and efficient since I initially called last fall. They rewired my entire home at a fair price, in a timely fashion, answered any and all questions and concerns that I had along the way, AND cleaned up completely at the end of each workday. Great service. Tom was very knowledgeable and tried his best to figure out a problem. In the end, the knowledge he gave me was the solution and I am very grateful for his services!The initial rate is $160 for the first half hour and $35 there after. It might seem steep, but Tom definitely knows his stuff and if he doesn't, is connected to people that do which is the best you can ask for.Overall I'd recommend Wizard Electric. All right, I’m impressed. First of all, he was able to come out on such short notice. Second of all, he fixed the problem with the wiring in almost no time. He really knows what hes doing!

Called a few places and Eddie of Electrical Work 24/7 responded on the same day whereas others didn't. Eddie and his colleague troubleshooted my electrical issue in the house I purchased. They were able to identify where the short circuit was occurring. They resolved the issue by rewiring it correctly. They also installed a new light fixture for me. The cost was affordable. They were very professional, highly experienced, kept it clean, and resolved the issue swiftly.

Dan came out to quote replacement of some older light fixtures and installation of two sconces with new wiring. He was responsive and on time. Quotes were reasonable. Dan and Barth were able to do everything needed in a time efficient manner. Great customer service.
