I heard what sounded like fireworks going off in both my bathrooms at 4:30 AM. I called Skyline Electric and a sweet woman named Jeanette answered the phone sent Kent over to fix what could have eventually started a small fire if I had waited longer to call. Kent was SO nice and fixed it quickly. I probably woke them both up but they couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. Would recommend to anyone!! Thank you!!

Can't say enough bout their service. We had a small issue with a rental unit; they were fast friendly and knowledgeable. Helps that the price was reasonable as well. Also being a woman they didn't treat me any different at all. 2 thumbs up guys thanks for the help! ☆☆☆☆☆

The electrician was punctual. Very professional, kind, understanding, genuine, friendly, honest, patient and fair. He tells you exactly what the situation is and why. Is very knowledgeable in his profession. Walks you through each step of the process and makes sure you understand what is happening and why and what costs will be associated with the ongoing process. By far one of the best electricians I had to the pleasure of getting to know and work with. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. No way you can go wrong with this company. Honest and hardworking individuals. That goes a long way and difficult to find at times. So knowing I have these true professional individuals to work with will be a massive headache saver. Anyone reading should at least give them a call for their electrical needs. :)

My family and I contacted Sapphire Electric back in Dec. of 2019 to assess our new household that we purchased that summer. We had their technician Shawn come out and do a free estimate of the house. The house was older (1950s) and needed extensive repairs/upgrading, but Shawn was very thorough in his repair assessment of everything that needed to be done, which included upgrading/grounding the outlets in the house, re-wiring the electrical system, and even updating the electrical panel because the original panel had all of its circuits blown out (we were not aware of this), which is a huge fire hazard!Thankfully Shawn took the rest of the week to handle all the work in his busy schedule, and even took the time to contact Com Ed about updating the power lines to our household for free, as well as installing a new dining room light and switch for us, and patching up the drywall after installing our new panel.Anytime we had any questions or issues from any of the work done, Shawn was happy to explain everything in detail and guarantee his work free of charge to make sure everything worked.The repair expense was large due to the amount and scale of the repairs, but it's been 6 months since all of these extensive repairs have been done with zero issues in our home. We're truly thankful for Shawn's expertise and time! Highly recommended if you want thorough and responsible professionals from this company!

In addition, a few weeks later we had Alex and Ronnie replace 7 water shut off valves, and I was thoroughly satisfied with their work as well. Fantastic service. Pricing for installation of ceiling mounted fixtures is related to size (diameter). It was incredibly high, $350 just for one. The two others were various, but high, prices as well.The electrician was friendly and professional. Of course I agreed to pay but if you are looking at a more economical choice look elsewhere as the cost is steep for basic install work. Should of had more patience with the instruction manuals.

They came out to replace a wire on a light. The light was from Etsy, and they found it wasn't compatible with the wire. They also broke the light in the process and charged us $142 for the pleasure. I'm sure they do good work generally, but I can't recommend them.

Edi was professional, punctual, transparent, quick, and extremely knowledgeable in the trade. He was very confident in his skills and was able to find the short in the bathroom of my 100+ years house without having to break walls or install new updated lines as many other electricians had told me I had to do. The light was not turning on for a few weeks and then all of a sudden turned on and would not turn off when flipping the switch. The wiring was faulty. He went above and beyond to take on an extra job I had not mentioned over the phone. Gave me an affordable price to fix my electrical issues and put my mind at ease. Was in and out within 90 minutes.
