Beyond happy with skyline electric. After calling 2 HVAC companies as well as my building maintenance, everyone was clueless on the power trouble I was having with my thermostat. I heard 3 times that installing a low-voltage system in my unit would be impossible.Kent came out and within an hour the job was done. Now I can enjoy having a Google nest without issue! Couldn’t recommend enough!

I called and Tony Juarez answered (unlike other contractors I called this morning). Tony indicated that he would have Grace call me back to schedule a time. Grace called and scheduled the appointment. Tony showed up early and explained the pricing policy. I admit i was very skeptical because I thought this was going to turn into a money pit of a repair. My problem (i thought) was a burned out breaker due to a power surge from a neighborhood power outage. Tony explained that i had two options for diagnostics a $49 or $319 option. Over the phone i was told about the $49 option so of course i was thinking about the ole bait and switch. I thought Tony was trying over sell me when I knew that i just needed the breakers replaced. He explained that if I didn't do the $319 diagnostic, that it could end up being more expensive, especially if the problem wasn't what i said it was. I held my ground pretty tough but Tony convinced me that the problem could be anything. I relented and chose the $319 option. Not 1 minute into taking off the panel did Tony notice a loose wire which is covered in the diagnostic. Now could i have gotten this cheaper, yes but i wouldv'e had to have known the problem. Tony was very nice and provided me with points to help keep my system maintained. I would call All Power again because of Tony.Keith W.

We recently had our whole house re-wired (removing the original cloth wiring) and had a new breaker box installed. Derek, Jeff, Carlos, and Robert, as well as the office staff, were all quick and professional and took care of the job in less time than originally estimated. Sapphire Electric was great! I was able to schedule with them for same day service. I had a fishy smell coming from my electrical outlets. After the electrician did his diagnostic and looked at everything thoroughly.He found the issue and it turned out to be burned wiring for my bedroom outlet. He was able to replace the wiring without ripping up the walls. These guys saved our lives and I appreciate the honesty and thoroughness.

After a different plumber replaced my garbage disposal, that plumber announced that the power to the unit was not working and that I would have to call an electrician to finish installing the disposal. That plumber charged me almost 500 dollars for his work and left. Needing an electrician, I called Sims and Sons based on their reviews. They quickly texted back, requested that I describe the problem in a text and then set up an appointment at my requested time. Two electricians, Dean and Dino showed up at the appointed time then diagnosed and fixed the issue , all within less than thirty minutes. The electricians wore Covid protection and were respectful of the property the entire time they were present. More importantly, they were extremely knowledgeable and very professional and enjoyable to have on the premises. I would highly encourage any person having plumbing or electric issues to contact Sims and Sons. You will be glad that you did.

My kitchen kept going out of power, other electricians stating nothing was wrong or they wouldn't even come out. Lucas was 30 minutes late on a Friday afternoon, found and fixed the problem immediately, them made sure everything was working properly before departure. And all with professionalism and a smile. I accidently dead shorted a wire in an outlet box, although nothing tripped in the breaker the entire house lost power not good. I was lucky and was able to reach Tom on the phone he walked me through it. We were able to find a breaker outside by the meter which I reset and the power came back on Tom saved me time and money, however most importantly my weekend. Thanks Tom!!!!!
