I work for one of the top real estate brokerages in the city of Chicago. I’ve been in the industry for 5 years. I do a lot of business and one of the most common things that come up with inspections are electrical issues. For a long time, I’ve had no one that I trusted enough to refer my clients to. That is until I found Highlights Chicago. I initially spoke with Kem and he was extremely knowledgeable about the industry. All the issues my clients had he was familiar with. He made me and my clients feel at ease. I’ve now used this company 3 times and my clients have been nothing short of extremely satisfied. I cannot recommend Highlights Chicago enough. If you need any electrical work done, they will do it for a fair price and top quality work!

I contracted All Power Electric (Tony and Pablo) to remove a few sconces in my hallway and install six recessed lighting in my ceiling. I thought the pricing was extremely fair and the quality of work was great. They laid down a tarp to collect any of the mess and they vacuumed everywhere. Tony was kind enough to suggest that I purchase 6 inch recessed lights instead of 4 inch and it worked out great! My hallway is much brighter and looks more modern than before. I would use them again in future projects.

Great service, very professional. Good communication and timely arrival. Eric and Yaro went above and beyond to get the job done. Ran into some minor unforeseen issues and they figured out how to get the necessary parts and get it done same day. Thanks guys

I have used Sapphire Electric a few times in the past for some electrical issues. It has been great working with this company and the electricians are excellent. The electrician was able to diagnose the issue quickly.

Darrell from Sims and Sons scammed us out of $1000. He was unpleasant to work with and he took advantage of us.*Sims and Sons came out to assess a leak I had. They gave me two options. One was a temporary fix that was a grand and one was a permanent fix for $2400. I trusted the plumbers to provide us with viable options and selected the $1000 fix and figured when we had more money saved we could go back and correct it for good. The temp fix lasted 5 days. They wanted to charge me the full $2400 to do the permanent fix when I had just paid $1000 for an option they provided that lasted 5 days. Darrell's employee even said it was weird the fix only lasted for 5 days. When I said that wasn't fair they were going to give me $100 off. I said no, and we ended our call. The boss, Darrell, called me. Very odd, but he said he listened in on my phone call with his employee, which I found really creepy. I did not enjoy my conversation with him. In the end he offered to do the permanent fix for $2,000. My partner and I discussed it and decided we did not want to continue to work with them. Darrell and Sims and Sons did not stand behind their work for even 5 days. They must be desperate for business if they were willing to keep our $1000. Made this whole experience take way longer than it had to and is disheartening. Do not recommend.*if anyone is considering working with Darrell I recommend reading his response to my review. I will no longer spend my energy engaging with this company. Save your money and peace of mind and find a reliable plumber recommended by someone you trust.

Paul and Peter were very responsive, and were available to come out same day. Be aware of the $175 “service and diagnostic” fee. I would recommend others to seek a second opinion. I was quoted a very high figure from this company to perform work that was out of scope to fix the issue. When I was not interested in moving forward they left quickly and left behind a mess of wire and wire insulation clippings on the floor, easily accessible to the pets at home. I wish I could leave a more positive review, but the experience I had felt like they were simply working to make some quick cash.

Ideal experience working with T&D on routine residential maintenance work. They bill by the hour with everything spelled out clearly before engaging. Technician was knowledgeable, considerate and professional. Will use them for all our little jobs because they make booking easy and do good work.

There is still work to do - however I am beyond impressed by the professionalism, thoughtfulness and follow through this company exhibits. My experience has been a 10 from the pint of the first call , to the very thorough and detailed evaluation by Mr Morales. This far if i could give them a ten, I would!Follow up- we ended up having a lot more work done than we had initially planned on ( all necessary) . My first impression was correct , this is a GREAT company to work with and I am really impressed with the work that Eddie and his assistant Jose executed. They were terrific and I feel so much better about the safety of our building! Hire this company, you will not be sorry!

They let me know a house my size would ordinarily require 90 minutes yet taking into account how grimy our channels were it required 3 hours. Lukasz was very professional and came to my house at a lighting speed (pun intended). He was always very communicative, and offered great advice for solutions. The best part was that he left my house spotless. I've hired many contractors before who had left a whole crime scene and never cleaned up the dust/debris after themselves. I would highly recommend Lukasz and his team!
