Charged us thousands. Never gave us an accurate quote of what they would do in advance. Didn't return calls knowing they hadn't told us what the final bill would be.

I needed an electrical panel to be replaced to bring it up to code. An extremely knowledgeable and friendly electrician, Kent, showed up on time and installed the unit. He was careful as far as protecting the floor of course with a dropcloth. He was extremely efficient. When he opened the panel for the first time, I was amazed that anyone could possibly know which wire goes where. Kent assured me that this was an easy task. He did a great job. Thank you, Kent. You rock!
