Tony was very thorough with his work and once work was completed he went over in detail with everything that had to be completed for home inspection .I was very pleased with his time management before and during his work . I hired Arnold Electric Services after comparing information from their website to other sites. I liked that it was a family business and had been around for many years. Tim, the owner, was very personable and clear about how the business operates. On the first visit, they accommodated our need for quick service and on the second visit for additional work we requested, he was flexible with scheduling, The technician arrived on time, was detailed, patient, and through, and all the new wiring was installed. Both Tim and the technicians always answered our questions, and they did so patiently. I would highly recommend this company.

Last weekend I was attempting a small electrical job I thought I could easily do. Next thing you know sparks are flying and the lights are out. I called Darrell at 4pm on a Sunday and he was here within in a hour! He was so responsive despite being in the middle of his grocery shopping. He arrived and got everything fixed up in no time. He walked me through what I did wrong, what caused the outage, and what I can do in the future to prevent it. I so appreciated how transparent he was and took the time to explain to me what he was doing. Overall he was friendly, timely, was not bothered by my curious dog, and well priced. Definitely recommend and will use in the future for any more electrical work.

When we needed to have electrical work done on our home, it was easy to decide to contact A to Z since we have used them successfully in the past. We provided a list of necessary work and we reviewed it with A to Z. They went over the list with us when they completed the job. The charge was fair. Workers came on time and did the work in a professional and timely manner. They were available after the job to address any concerns.One of the projects A to Z Electric completed was what I called an” electric spider web” in our basement utility room. Making an appointment was easy, and they were very responsive in providing an estimate (which was accurate). Jose arrived on time, and was polite and very competent. He moved a light fixture (a chandelier) from one home to another. He was careful - as the fixture was fragile - and he consistently checked with me about what he was about to do. I would definitely use them again! (As a bonus - he was nice to my dogs!!)

The greatest customer service I EVER experienced. Com Ed disconnected service to my first floor apartment before I had a chance to put it in my name after tenet moved, stating there was a backfeed. I called Wizard and talked to Tom, he took it upon himself to call Com Ed and get them to come out with in an hour and totally fix the problem. NO CHARGE. THANKS TOM.
