I heard what sounded like fireworks going off in both my bathrooms at 4:30 AM. I called Skyline Electric and a sweet woman named Jeanette answered the phone sent Kent over to fix what could have eventually started a small fire if I had waited longer to call. Kent was SO nice and fixed it quickly. I probably woke them both up but they couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. Would recommend to anyone!! Thank you!!

We had Highlights Chicago out to install some fixtures in a new home. They were prompt to respond, easy to schedule with, and did great work. I thought pricing was fair considering the amount of time needed to install. Would absolutely use them again.

I'm the ultimate D.I.Yer, I messed up the doorbells and called All Power Electric. The service man came to my house quoted me a price of 425.00 to troubleshoot my doorbell problem (wow).At that time he said that if he couldn't find the problem he would run new wire along my door trim and through the floor to rewire the bell. I didn't want sloppy slop shod work with wires running down the walls and especially at $425.00. I called the main office and told a Lady that sloppy work was unacceptable. I used an $18.00 inexpensive role of bell wire and rewired the doorbell myself.

I highly recommend Arnold Electric - they are great. Very thorough inspection of needs and proposal. We needed repair and updating on several outdoor outlets. The work was done well. Very responsive customer service.

I had a very good experience with Sapphire Electric. What made me comfortable was, them being licensed.Sapphire Electric was able to help my business switch to a better panel at a very low cost. I had lot of quotes which were not even close to Sapphire Electrics.I would recommend their service to anyone.

When I returned from vacation, I noticed black soot around a power outlet, and called Sims and Sons. Anel arrived at our exact meeting time, and was very kind, which is always appreciated. He examined the outlet, thoroughly explained what had happened, fixed it, and cleaned everything up within a few hours. It was a very inexpensive repair which was a relief. I had a great experience with them, and wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future electrical needs.

Paul and Peter were very responsive, and were available to come out same day. Be aware of the $175 “service and diagnostic” fee. I would recommend others to seek a second opinion. I was quoted a very high figure from this company to perform work that was out of scope to fix the issue. When I was not interested in moving forward they left quickly and left behind a mess of wire and wire insulation clippings on the floor, easily accessible to the pets at home. I wish I could leave a more positive review, but the experience I had felt like they were simply working to make some quick cash.

When the production facility I manage went down due to a mystery electrical problem, I called them and they sent an emergency electrician out right away. These electrical contractors got me up and running fast, then tracked down the problem (rodents) and got it all fixed properly and safely. I also got rid of the rodents so it won't happen again.

I called Vilano this week, because the electrical box in my 2 flat almost started a fire. They came out same day (even though it was getting late in the day) and properly diagnosed the main panel as needing to be replaced. They were willing to put in the box (not a small job) the very next day. They did a great job and the price was fair considering the emergency-like timeline I wanted it done in.

Matt is very responsive, professional and kind! I called and spoke with him for a fire alarms ticket from fire department for my condo. He replied and explained to me what I need to do step by step and gave very professional and useful tips. He was very patient during the whole time and didn't charge anything for answering all these questions! I found Bruno Electrical Contracting and selected them due to great ratings. They were immediately responsive and Tim came out within a few hours to fix my heat that had stopped working. Within 30 minutes my heat was back on and Tim finished servicing my unit not much longer after that. Highly recommend! Great experience overall!

Dan Zimmerman is an exceptional electrician. He did a survey of our building and found several more issues than we were aware of.
