Kent was a wonderful electrician that went out of his way to come fix an issue on off-hours. He not only fixed the issue, but also installed three new smart-switches within an hour. The electrician was punctual. Very professional, kind, understanding, genuine, friendly, honest, patient and fair. He tells you exactly what the situation is and why. Is very knowledgeable in his profession. Walks you through each step of the process and makes sure you understand what is happening and why and what costs will be associated with the ongoing process. By far one of the best electricians I had to the pleasure of getting to know and work with. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. No way you can go wrong with this company. Honest and hardworking individuals. That goes a long way and difficult to find at times. So knowing I have these true professional individuals to work with will be a massive headache saver. Anyone reading should at least give them a call for their electrical needs. :)

Derek came out on the initial call to talk to us about the work we wanted. He was friendly, professional, and listened to our needs before coming up with a proposal and estimate. He was also very understanding at our initial shock of the pricing but hey, we wanted a lot done! To make our plan of changing from a gas to an induction range, Derek recommended an expanded panel as well as wiring to the kitchen and an outlet for the new range.On the day of the work, Eric and Yaro came out to do the installation. Again, both incredibly friendly and professional. They arrived on time and Eric walked me through the work they were scheduled to do; once they had a plan for the day, they went to work. The extensive work did take the better part of the day. At the end, they walked me through everything they had done. They cleaned everything up so thoroughly it was like they'd never been in our home. We are incredibly happy with the work and, while it was a big investment, it's an excellent value for the high quality work.One more note: as a pet owner, I always worry about having service people in and out of the home. Eric and Yaro were very conscientous about making sure doors were closed and no pets inadvertently escaped, which was very comforting to me.This is the 3rd or 4th time we've used Arnold Electrical and we highly recommend them.

Mike came out on time and went right to work. We needed a new outlet and GFI installed. there was no mess after the work was complete and he cleaned up after the work was completed. Professional and reasonable. We have used Sapphire electricians many times. They are always quick, and know what they are doing.

I called about electrical problem.....gave my name and number to the lady who answered the phone 48 hours later still haven't heard back from them.......I ended up needing a new circut breaker box. So they lost my business.

Ideal experience working with T&D on routine residential maintenance work. They bill by the hour with everything spelled out clearly before engaging. Technician was knowledgeable, considerate and professional. Will use them for all our little jobs because they make booking easy and do good work.

Had a minor issue arise from another job with another company and they called out Jason from Neuman Electrical Services to assist with the electrical mishap. He was very professional throughout both his visits and agreed that the problem needed to be corrected. He did what was needed and went above and beyond what I expected. I have to say, This has been one of the worst experience with a company ( If you can call them that) I've ever had. To start the technicianJamie Martinez explained in detail what needed to be done to restore power to my property. I agreed on the price he quoted and ask him to start the work. I later learn he could not complete the job and ask me to call ComEd. I'm ok with that, here's the problem he charges me the full price and cashes the check. I call the company to speak with his boss Eddie, after what seems like taking to a stop sign. Eddie said he would get back to me after checking each line item on the receipt, I ask him to Email me a receipt. Well still waiting. no receipt, and no call.dexter sparks,

We're first time home owners and bought an old house with very outdated electrical. Lucas came out, gave us a reasonable quote, and got to work shortly after. Everything came out great! Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Gave us recommendations without trying to take advantage or being pushy. Will use again for future projects. Highly recommend.

The lighting in our family room was limited to a lamp plugged into the wall. We called on a few electricians in Chicago to find out if we could do anything to get a permanent light fixture into the room. We really like this contractor because he came out to see us and assess the work. Some others didn’t even bother calling back. He did exactly what he promised and our family room is bright and warm now.
