Best Lighting Fixture Installation in Chicago IL

I called to get a quote and the receptionist took my info and told me the schedule coordinator would be giving me a call to have someone come out for the quote. I never got a call back. I get it when it's just a person running a contractor business by themselves, so they are bad at calling customers back. But they have an actual office with at least two administrative staff people and I still can't get a call back! Huge red flag that I don't want to hire these people.

Extremely fair and knowledgeable. Did everything that he promised and more quickly and professionally. Kenton is a great guy and was friendly and helpful the whole way through. I would absolutely recommend him to everyone I know looking for an electrician or skilled handyman!

Raul and Highlights Chicago were able to fix my 4-way dimmer switch super quickly! After submitting my information online, they were at my place 2 days later for the repair. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone and I will definitely be calling them for my next project!

I had Tony come out and he did an AMAZING JOB!!!! I'm a new home owner with an old building and his knowledge and willingness to to show and teach me things is the reason I will be calling them again for further repairs.

We recently had our whole house re-wired (removing the original cloth wiring) and had a new breaker box installed. Derek, Jeff, Carlos, and Robert, as well as the office staff, were all quick and professional and took care of the job in less time than originally estimated. Paul and Peter were very responsive, and were available to come out same day. Be aware of the $175 “service and diagnostic” fee. I would recommend others to seek a second opinion. I was quoted a very high figure from this company to perform work that was out of scope to fix the issue. When I was not interested in moving forward they left quickly and left behind a mess of wire and wire insulation clippings on the floor, easily accessible to the pets at home. I wish I could leave a more positive review, but the experience I had felt like they were simply working to make some quick cash.

From the administration to the electricians, I was extremely happy with the service. Jose and T.J. were prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The work in our home was very complex and they took the time to hear any concerns I had and answer any questions. They were also extremely considerate to minimize any openings -- since that would mean more drywall repair. From a project planning aspect, Maeve and Simon helped organize the projects to make it most conducive for our schedule. I would definitely use them again and recommend their team!

I was in a bind and couldn't find anyone to help these guys came out within one hour and repaired a damaged electrical post. Very happy with the service they provided, I will Definitely call them when I need an electrician.

I can't comment on the quality of work etc. But the fact they charge $125 just to come out to look at the job, that is bloody ridiculous!

We have used Neuman Electrical Services for various interior electrical needs but this review is for the installation of our 22KW Generac generator. From the initial meeting where the work to be done was clearly defined with pricing explained, periodic updates on the status of when the unit would arrive, to the actual installation, the office and field staff were highly professional. Kristopher was my installation repairman and was and courteous. He was on time, clear in explaining what he was going to do before the service, communicated effectively during the installation, walked me through what he did, and how to use the new equipment after he was done. There were no surprises on the invoice; I paid exactly what I was quoted, and the job was completed in the amount of time that was estimated. After ensuring I was satisfied with the work, everything was clean when he left. It was an overall pleasant experience.

Eddie and Luis gave me an ETA about 30 minutes out, came and solved the problem with the problem breakers very quickly. They were pleasant to talk with and were thorough, professional and confident in their work.

Had a breathtaking experience with . They replaced my smoke detectors along with a few outlets and light switches.They let me know the cost before starting the work and were quick to finish. I'm very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend them
