Highlights Chicago Electrical did a great job in a short time for me. The electrical panel at my house was old outdated and under powered. They pulled permits for the city and updated my power service as well as upgrading my electrical panels from 2 to a 3 panels. I highly recommend their services! I have used Penco for years and have always been satisfied with their work. They maintain our generator but we also used them to install smart switches. More recently they installed lights, a new panel and electrical switches to support my small woodworking shop. Everything was completed professionally and they provided me with guidance and consultation every step of the way.

They don't return phone calls or emails Done with them now. If that's the way they don't respond , imagine if there was an issue.

called him on Thursday august 18th, set appt for Friday august 19th at 9am. got a call from him at 9:22am and said i almost forgot about our appointment, can i come over now? told him no but we could reset it for 3pm . we both agreed. called him at 12:11pm to let him know i was running way late. left a VM but didn't hear back from him. called him at 2:11pm to make sure he had gotten the message and wouldn't waste his time to show up. didn't hear back, he said he never got my VM. we reset it for 9:30am on Saturday the 20th. he never showed or called. don't bother!
