Best Install Light Fixture in Chicago IL

I normally do not write reviews, but this is an exception I had to make because I had such low expectations prior to be calling this company. My experience at the time was I had been stood up by two different companies and I guess I figured I would have the same experience with this company, but boy was I wrong. I called and spoke to a pleasant woman who took down my information. The lights were flickering in the home and ConEd told me I had to hire an electrician to come out for that. The woman said she would have someone call me back and within 15 minutes I received a call from a woman asking me for more details. I shared my previous experiences with her and she sounded so empathetic and in fact sent a technician the same day. The service was affordable, the technician explained everything to me and was patient for the two thousand questions I had. I will definitely keep them on speed dial if I should have any electrical concerns in the future. I already gave this number to a couple of my neighbors that were looking for reputable electricians.

I have used Kent and his team a number of times at a couple different properties and they always do an EXCELLENT job. They really know their stuff, the work is precise and professional, the team is fun, and they're efficient in getting things done quickly! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND you go with Skyline Electric!!

Oscar and Julio came out to assess electrical issues in my apartment, and they were very professional, courteous, and thorough in their inspection and evaluation. I would highly recommend All Power Electric, Inc. I contacted them pretty late the night before when I became aware of the problem. Tony came in early in the morning to check it out. The hub and tube connected to our meter was damaged and detached itself from the house. In a matter of minutes after Tony reviewed the problem he knew what to do and how to fix it. I felt super confident that the problem would be resolved fast and that they would perform a good job just by that small interaction. The process was smooth and I’m very happy with the final work.

I was very happy with this company from the instant they responded to my inquiry. The were helpful and informative. They scheduled my service when it was convenient for me. Any questions and requests I had were responded to in a timely manner. The electrician showed up on time. He completed the work in a timely fashion. Had info to share about fixture. Cleaned up after himself. I would use this company for future projects. I highly recommend.

I did not have a great experience but based on other reviews, perhaps my experience was an outlier/exception. I called on a Monday morning to make an appointment for some troubleshooting and was give a 3 hour (11am-2pm) window on when I should expect the technician to arrive. I was told there would be a $99 service fee for the call no matter what work was needed.2pm came and went with no update. Around 3pm I got a call from the technician that said he was too far away and asked if he could come Wednesday. He then called back and said he could be to my place within an hour. About 90mins later he showed up. He proceeded to spend about 80mins troubleshooting and working and was able to resolve the issue without using any materials. I was then told by the technician after the work was done that in addition to the $99 service fee, there was a 3 hour minimum troubleshooting fee at $150/hr. He was trying to charge me $549 after the work was already done. This seemed shady. If there was automatically a $450 troubleshooting fee, that should have been communicated before work began.I objected and he got on the phone with his manager and they reduced the total bill to $399. He never explained what the issue was or what was done to resolve the issue.In the week that followed I made calls to the office every couple of days asking for a copy of the itemized invoice so that I could submit to my condo association for reimbursement (at the time of service and payment, I only received a payment confirmation email). After almost 2 weeks I finally got an email with an itemized receipt. There was no detail at all on what was done. Just two line items for “service” and “labor.” I still don’t know what the issue was or what was done to fix it.At the end of the day, repairs were made and the issue was resolved, but overall very put off by the experience. I can’t help but have the feeling it was a quick/simple fix and was overcharged.

Mike and Austin were on the job for about a week. Mike kept me updated on work on a frequent basis and fully discussed possibilities with me when new information about the conditions they discovered as they learnt the locations of some of the wiring became available. In addition, I was kept fully aware of any additional expenditures that emerged as a result of options that were presented in response to the problems discovered. What could have been stressful was actually a positive experience. Thanks again guys!!

Yi and his team were great. arrived recommended on neighborhood list-serv for charger installation and we can see why. Also added an external outlet and replaced some ceiling fans for us. We priced out the jobs and Yi’s was competitive and he was clearly the most knowledgeable and experienced with charger installation. Two thumbs up!

We had a generator installed by Bruno Electrical Contracting. Whenever we lose power due to a storm, 60 seconds later we have power!! They maintain it as well so we never have an issue. We had it installed after suffering through hurricane sandy and we are sleeping better knowing that we will ALWAYS have power to run the house.

Ruben replaced two outdoor receptacles making them and weather proof, replaced two outdated outdoor security lights with new dusk-to-dawn lights. And installed two new recessed lights in the master bedroom. great work. 100% satisfied! Ashton
