Make sure you discuss the feasibility of the installation PRIOR to agreeing to have them come out. I wanted to replace an existing chandelier with a 6 inch canned light to exactly match all the other canned lights in the room. I sent photos of the existing canned lights and the chandelier. When they arrived, the technician didn't even bring materials for a canned light and instead brought a DIY type bathroom style light instead, so they knew the installation of a canned light wouldn't have worked because of this adjacent vent and didn't communicate that to me. They still charged me with the full $185 minimum house call fee in addition to the material of the fake light, when I could have just gone to home depot and bought it and installed myself in an hour.

We purchased 3 ceiling fans 1 for each bedroom. In addition, we were replacing 4 can lights in our family room with new led cans. I scheduled Arnold Electric Services with an understanding we could afford 2 hours of labor for this job. To my surprise, the Arnold Electric crew arrived as scheduled and after inspecting fans and cans, we were informed they would get started immediately and try to get at least all the fans installed. Arnold’s staff wound up staying to make sure all our fans were installed AND all of the can lights as well. Well Done!

I’ve used A to Z Electric for many projects. They installed a ceiling fan, three new light fixtures and outdoor lighting outside of my garage. They also redid all the electrical wiring in my garage. I can't believe how easy it is to charge my car now. I used to spend so much time driving around, looking for a parking spot where I could easily plug in. I was never home, but now, thanks to their EV charger installation service, I can just come home and plug in my car at night before I go to sleep. It's amazing!
