Awesome job. Came on a Sunday morning to squeeze in a small job. Precisely the work I needed done.

We had an entirely new panel installed in our home and we’re so pleased with the work. Raul and the whole team were fantastic. They even fixed things that they didn’t have to, but said to me, “we’re here and we have the parts so let’s make this right.” They are organized, labeled everything carefully, made our electrical setup way safer, and also cleaned up after the work very well too, which we appreciated.

Had issues with my door bell. Tony was able To isolate the issue and rewire the door bells. No doubt that I will be using this company again.

My family and I contacted Sapphire Electric back in Dec. of 2019 to assess our new household that we purchased that summer. We had their technician Shawn come out and do a free estimate of the house. The house was older (1950s) and needed extensive repairs/upgrading, but Shawn was very thorough in his repair assessment of everything that needed to be done, which included upgrading/grounding the outlets in the house, re-wiring the electrical system, and even updating the electrical panel because the original panel had all of its circuits blown out (we were not aware of this), which is a huge fire hazard!Thankfully Shawn took the rest of the week to handle all the work in his busy schedule, and even took the time to contact Com Ed about updating the power lines to our household for free, as well as installing a new dining room light and switch for us, and patching up the drywall after installing our new panel.Anytime we had any questions or issues from any of the work done, Shawn was happy to explain everything in detail and guarantee his work free of charge to make sure everything worked.The repair expense was large due to the amount and scale of the repairs, but it's been 6 months since all of these extensive repairs have been done with zero issues in our home. We're truly thankful for Shawn's expertise and time! Highly recommended if you want thorough and responsible professionals from this company!

Sims & Sons removed track lighting and installed can lighting in our West Town living/dining room in April 2021. They did an outstanding job. Darrell walked me through the project in a patient and helpful way, suggesting layouts for the lights and answering any questions I had. His team, Enos and Arel (apologies for any misspellings), worked efficiently and with great care for our home. I give Sims & Sons my highest endorsement.

Charles and his crew have completed over 40 electrical jobs for me in three years. YES 40 and i am always more than satisfied. I run Special Spaces in Illinois. Special Spaces is a nonprofit that decorates dream bedrooms for children with a life threatening illness. John and Tony Sr. are awesome! They know exactly what to do, and how to do it the best way possible. They tell you in advance what should be done, and if there is anything that you should know before they start. They know what will look good and work well, too. They are fast, neat, fair, and nice. My general contractor was highly impressed with their work, too. It was my lucky day to find them, and it would be yours too, when you hire them.

If you need a reliable electrician in Chicago, I highly recommend them. They provide excellent customer service, starting from the phone call up to the actual project. Very courteous and works fast, too! It is hard to find electrical contractors like them nowadays, that is why I’m delighted because I live close to them and I know that they can help me again whenever I have electrical problems.

Wonderful experience. Eddie really knows what he’s doing. He came over the same day I requested service, fixed a wiring problem that some previous contractors messed up and made it look so easy! An expert and a professional.

Dan was great. He installed a Tesla charger and an outlet to my backyard. He explained everything to me he would be doing before he did it. When there was a potential issue(I smelled smoke by the charger) he was on top of it and came to investigate(turned out to just be something smoking outside of my garage and not related to electrical at all). I would definitely recommend him and use him for future projects.
