After looking for an electrician for several months and having a few unreliable experiences I was thrilled to find Highlights Chicago. Boz answered my initial call, was very polite and helpful. The final price was as quoted and very reasonable. Scheduling was very easy and there was no need to confirm severals times beforehand, the team showed up on time at the scheduled day. Cristobal and Martin were the two electricians that came to do the work. They were very polite and did an excellent and clean job. I would recommend Boz and his team to anyone who needs an electrician.

Called Friday night with an electrical issue and they showed up within an hour to fix the problem. Diagnosed the issue, replaced a bad wire and breaker, and explained the whole process. Great friendly guys, they know what they're doing.

Contacted A to Z electric Co. And was able to set up assessment times right away.Barry, a great individual who is thorough and clear, came out to do the assessment. He walked us through what he thought we'd need. We contacted them a week later to make amendments to our plan. We contacted A to Z again to do so. Bob was clear, engaged and present when asking about the changes we wanted to make.Bob came early to re assess and go over the changes again. During the assessment he looked over our existing wiring and validated that the changes we had talked about were safe and viable. His team, Frankie, Tony, and himself were professional, kind, and thorough again. They cleaned up quite well.With having an old house and I'm sure we'll be needing to update things as time goes on. We look forward to hiring them again.

We had Safe Electrical Service out to do some upgrades recently. We were very pleased with the service we received. We wanted several things done but were unsure about which to do first. Charles broke down the work into three proposals which made it easier for us to decide, based on our budget and needs. He also helped identify some safety issues with the current wiring and load panel, which we had him correct. His crew are all very professional and highly skilled. They did an amazing job installing recessed LED ceiling lights as well as extra outlets, dimmers, the circuit breaker panel, and even helped troubleshoot an issue we had with our rec room wiring. Mr Edi, as I fondly call him, is my go-to electrician. He has done a number of electrical maintenance jobs for my house. Each time, I am impressed with the quality of work he and his team provides. Upgraded lighting in my garage from a single bulb to four LED shoplight strips (on a Saturday nonetheless). What a difference!
