Boz and his crew have been wonderful while working on our center, Kids Academy! While Kids Academy had the option to work with many other companies, we chose Highlights because they seemed honest, professional and fair in pricing. They have a kind and trustworthy demeanor and really built that trust with us right away. Every member of Highlights that was on site was friendly, professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They were fair with pricing and provided top quality for their work completed.We can’t recommend them enough. They are excellent.

I called and Tony Juarez answered (unlike other contractors I called this morning). Tony indicated that he would have Grace call me back to schedule a time. Grace called and scheduled the appointment. Tony showed up early and explained the pricing policy. I admit i was very skeptical because I thought this was going to turn into a money pit of a repair. My problem (i thought) was a burned out breaker due to a power surge from a neighborhood power outage. Tony explained that i had two options for diagnostics a $49 or $319 option. Over the phone i was told about the $49 option so of course i was thinking about the ole bait and switch. I thought Tony was trying over sell me when I knew that i just needed the breakers replaced. He explained that if I didn't do the $319 diagnostic, that it could end up being more expensive, especially if the problem wasn't what i said it was. I held my ground pretty tough but Tony convinced me that the problem could be anything. I relented and chose the $319 option. Not 1 minute into taking off the panel did Tony notice a loose wire which is covered in the diagnostic. Now could i have gotten this cheaper, yes but i wouldv'e had to have known the problem. Tony was very nice and provided me with points to help keep my system maintained. I would call All Power again because of Tony.Keith W.

John Phillips was excellent. He fixed the kitchen light. He gave me a quote for everything and told me how to finance it with zero interest and showed me a safety hazard. He really helped me out. I would always use John.

Great company and quality work. Had a shower valve installed and pipes repaired about a month ago during a bathroom renovation. After attempting to install the faucet, had an issue with the valve cartridge. Contacted the company and Eddie came out same day and fixed the issue, plus tested to make sure my faucet was working as intended. I happily have running water in my shower again!Can't recommend this company enough. Will call them again for any of my future plumbing needs.

Got an estimate on some electric work that was way way higher than all other contractors. For my project price was unrealistic. Based on my experience do not recommend.

We were looking for help upgrading the electrical service to our home and garage. Luckily we found SAFE Electrical. Rizzo Electric came to our house a couple weeks ago and was great. Really knew the business, provided a lot of education, and gave honest appraisal, which was actually to save us money by doing the simple work ourselves. Wow!

From the estimate to completion of our project. Neuman Electrical Services team was professional, timely and cost effective. They have great support staff and respond promptly to all concerns. I would definitely refer them to all my friends and family.

I had an appointment window on Friday from 11-1. At 1:02, no one called or came, so I called, only to find out the tech was delayed. (Yet no one called during the time frame to tell me that)He called me at 2:30, to say it would be 1.5 hours for him to arrive. Reschedule for Saturday @9, they waived tech fee $49. I had a squealing bathroom exhaust fan. Said it would cost $319.00 to replace. GTFOH! The dispatch guy gave me a different impression of the process, ($49-fee will include diagnosis-NOT) They have an impressive phone and tech system with texts, nice on the phone but a complete waste of my time, and their prices! Must be what pays for the fancy system :(

The men who arrived to do electrical project were pleasant and professional. I was under time constraints so I asked an estimate the same day as task scheduled. The first estimate was more than I had planned, so they were able to work within my budget to get the essential work done. I was pleased with this process. Now I have two ceiling fans (we saved money by actually installing ourselves-the electricians did the wiring) and a chandelier that look great--wiring done before popcorn ceiling removing crew came. I recommend them!

Mr Edi, as I fondly call him, is my go-to electrician. He has done a number of electrical maintenance jobs for my house. Each time, I am impressed with the quality of work he and his team provides. Upfront and fair pricing, quick work, and excellent quality. Some say you only get two out of three of these on any project, but I disagree… I always have all three when Mr Edi does it! Trust-building with this contractor is one of the easiest things I’ve done as a homeowner. Integrity is priceless!
