I retired 3 yes ago after 45 years in customer service and frankly I‘be been thoroughly disappointed with the decline in same with every vendor that I’ve encountered since. That is until “HIGHLIGHT CHICAGO ELECRICAL”!!! Everyone was courteous, efficient, professionaland timely which was so refreshing. “HIGHLIGHT CHICAGO ELECRICAL” you’re my HEROES!!!❤️

I rarely leave reviews, but I want to let everyone know about the extraordinary service I received over the weekend by Tony and Grace. The electricity went out on a very cold night for one of my parent’s tenants. I called All Power Electric at 8pm on a Friday night and talked to Tony right away. I explained to Tony the situation and he immediately diagnosed the issue and told me what to do to save myself the money of calling in a dispatch (he initially said it was a ComEd issue). Because it was a cold night and the tenants had a little boy, I still wanted him to come out and make sure that everything was working as should. He was at the property quickly, troubleshooted everything and repeated his initial diagnosis (that it was a ComEd issue). I tried calling ComEd via their main customer service number several times but since it was after hours I was not able to get through to a live person. The next day Tony found out that power still was not restored and unable to get through to a live person and he had Grace call ComEd directly via a number they used as contractors and not only were we able to get through to a live person but we found out the problem was that the unit was improperly registered which led to the power being cut. If it weren’t for Tony and Grace the tenants would have been without power the entire weekend and I would have had to relocate them. While this review isn’t for work that was performed, it’s a testament to the great work ethic of both of these individuals.I would also like to say that I called two other 24 hour electricians before calling All Power Electric and one didn’t answer until the next day and the other wouldn’t be able to dispatch someone until two days later. All Power Electric responded right away and was at the property quickly. I will definitely call them in the future and highly recommend them.

Joe came to my house to fix a dumb thing I did. (DON'T DO YOUR OWN ELECTRICAL WORK!) He was friendly, fast and very helpful, answering all my questions in a polite and tolerant manner.The charges were very reasonable for the professional quality service I received. They will be coming back to do some new wiring and circuits soon.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I lost power to my house in Chicago. The company sent out an electrician immediately. He found the issue after looking at my breaker panel box. He worked on wiring, installing and repairing my electrical circuits. The electrician worked all night to restore the power and got the job done.I'm very happy with their service and will be using them again. Mike was very nice and communicated very well through out the whole process.

I've called Sims & Sons twice in the last two weeks to take care of a couple different electrical repairs at my place.They are quick to respond - the best among many I contacted for a quoteThey employ experienced licensed professionals that come in on time giving you a call before arriving.They are careful and courteous at all times while repairing things and explain what they're doing in response to the issue or problem.They work cleanly and fast.Their fees were the best prices among other professional services I quoted.- I'd definitely hire them again.

Everyone in the company has been cordial, professional and efficient since I initially called last fall. They rewired my entire home at a fair price, in a timely fashion, answered any and all questions and concerns that I had along the way, AND cleaned up completely at the end of each workday. Not only did they do what was on the invoice... but offered and DID much more...they found problems along the way and fixed them at NO EXTRA charge ... Paul is excellent! Paul was able to do a house call on extremely short notice and was very professional and thorough in his work. He is very reasonably priced and honest about his pricing - he is a great choice for someone who doesn't want to be overcharged for work that doesn't need to be done. This is the second time we used T&D and I cant say enough good things about them. The most recent time they came out, the technician found the problem within 5 minutes of starting work. (It was a bad switch) In order to make use of our time for the service call, we had the technician put some new electrical sockets around the house that we never got around to. And he was so prompt and professional, we really felt the value of his visit. Thank you T&D for being quick, prompt and thorough. We will call you again as you are our GOTO electricians for any job, small or large.

Super grateful to Lucasz - he came out in a BLIZZARD because my electrical stopped working and short circuited. He was at my place less than an hour after I called. He fixed the breaker easily and quickly. He was upfront about his costs on the phone which were very reasonable. I would recommend to anyone who needs an electrician!

I had a problem with my electric installation and i decided to call Dunning Electrical Services, Inc.. Their technicians came, located the problem right away and fixed it without any major repairs of the installation.Their price was very fair.Would definitely recommend them.

Called a few places and Eddie of Electrical Work 24/7 responded on the same day whereas others didn't. Eddie and his colleague troubleshooted my electrical issue in the house I purchased. They were able to identify where the short circuit was occurring. They resolved the issue by rewiring it correctly. They also installed a new light fixture for me. The cost was affordable. They were very professional, highly experienced, kept it clean, and resolved the issue swiftly.

I wanted a licensed electrician to set up my expansive office at home where I work with lots of tech. After speaking with them, I finally invested in a generator. They got it all up and running. Now I feel confident knowing I will still have electrical service even if the grid goes down
