An emergency came up on Easter Sunday. I called and talked to Grace. Immediate action was taken and soon we were at the apartment and Tony and Grace were letting me know what had occurred. Joe came to my house to fix a dumb thing I did. (DON'T DO YOUR OWN ELECTRICAL WORK!) He was friendly, fast and very helpful, answering all my questions in a polite and tolerant manner.The charges were very reasonable for the professional quality service I received. I’ve used A to Z Electric for many projects. They installed a ceiling fan, three new light fixtures and outdoor lighting outside of my garage. They also redid all the electrical wiring in my garage. They do every job to perfection. They are nice and professional too. I would highly recommend them. 10 out of 10!

We have had Safe Electrical out to our home several times now. They updated all the electrical outlets and changed out some wiring to make the home safe after we moved in. They hung several ceiling fans as well as light fixtures. They recently upgraded us to 200 amp service after a power surge went through our very old box. Charles and his team have always been nothing but professional and they always clean up after every job. When we lost power due to the power surge Charles walked me theough what to have ComEd check on their end and was out to the house that same day to get us power back up so we had heat that night. Once the parts were in his team completed the 200 amp upgrade in one day and they did an excellent job. I am glad I can count on Safe Electrical in the future for both emergencies as well as routine upkeep. Thank you to Charles and the whole Safe Electrical team.

Half of the outlets in our living room stopped working so we call this reliable electrician in Chicago. They assessed the problem, ran a few wires, and had us back to normal by the end of the day. Thank you!

They damaged our wood floor with their ladder and completely scratched up the ceiling when installing the chandelier. AND they were very overpriced. Would not recommend. Take your business elsewhere.

They came out to replace a wire on a light. The light was from Etsy, and they found it wasn't compatible with the wire. They also broke the light in the process and charged us $142 for the pleasure. I'm sure they do good work generally, but I can't recommend them.
