Best Electrical System in Chicago IL

I normally do not write reviews, but this is an exception I had to make because I had such low expectations prior to be calling this company. My experience at the time was I had been stood up by two different companies and I guess I figured I would have the same experience with this company, but boy was I wrong. I called and spoke to a pleasant woman who took down my information. The lights were flickering in the home and ConEd told me I had to hire an electrician to come out for that. The woman said she would have someone call me back and within 15 minutes I received a call from a woman asking me for more details. I shared my previous experiences with her and she sounded so empathetic and in fact sent a technician the same day. The service was affordable, the technician explained everything to me and was patient for the two thousand questions I had. I will definitely keep them on speed dial if I should have any electrical concerns in the future. I already gave this number to a couple of my neighbors that were looking for reputable electricians.

Great Service. Kent installed a 220v outlet for me on New Year's Eve morning. He charged me the low end of his quoted range and completed the work efficiently. I would contract him again; happy to know a good electrician serving Chicago proper, not just the burbs. Thank you!

Highlights did a wonderful job for me! I had an an issue where a wire inside my A/C condenser unit (on the roof) had malfunctioned and had shorted. The A/C repairman said I needed an electrician to come replace the whip and the disconnect electrical box. Within 1 hour of my calling, Highlights was at my house and fixing my electrical. I live in a walk-up building where roof access is off the balcony via a ladder. They brought all of the necessary tools, equipment, and material to ensure the job could be finished that day. I had a lot of questions for them about when and why this occurred and they answered all of them. They made me comfortable throughout the repair. They were very professional and I cannot say enough about how easy and nice they made the entire process.

We had a great experience working with All Power Electric on a recent remodel. We ran into some issues once the walls were opened up, and things were beyond the scope of the original work. Tony and his son explained the issue clearly and gave me an updated quote to fix the other wiring issues. They came again a couple weeks later and fixed it all up, and even ran some conduit for free on our building. We would recommend All Power and look forward to working with them in the future!

We just had a great experience.I usually do all of our home repairs myself, but I realized this particular job was beyond me, so I reached out to Arnold. I got a call back from Mary, who understood my needs and was helpful in setting up an appointment for someone to come out and take a look. John came over and did a thorough inspection and gave me several options to choose from. The very next day I had Sam, Eric and Robert in the house making all of the fixes and upgrades we needed. They were very helpful and communicated everything they were doing along the way. I would highly recommend.

I'm so happy that I used Sapphire electric. The electricians did a great job in my old Chicago home. The electricians were amazing. They upgraded my panel and my electrical service. They also installed a new grounding system, which I never had. Everything was upfront and pricing was fair.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. During the weekend our Air Conditioner went out and after having it replaced, the breakers blew overnight on Monday. It was a miracle it didn't cause a fire to our home.Given that I have two young children at home, we needed a quick solution. The owner of Sims and Sons called me immediately, diagnosed the issue and was able to come the next day to completely replace the circuit board, breakers, wiring and AC connection. It turns out the inspector completely missed that the panel / breakers were non-compliant and this was a huge risk.The electricians were professional, thoughtful and quick to act for our family. And they explained things every step of the way.

I had moved to a home in Flossmoor that needed quite a bit of electrical work. I've worked with SAFE electrical for about 3 years for various jobs around the house. Charles is always very responsive, professional and polite. The electricians he sent to do the work were excellent and always pointed out other issues if they saw any - not in a sales sort of way but in an FYI way. Excellent service no matter the size of the job! Highly recommend.

great customer service! The office answered the phone right away and scheduled me a same day visit. Mitchell came that afternoon and was professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue to me and found a cost effective solution to get a bit more life out of my older unit. Very impressed and will go with them when it's time to replace the unit.

After seeing the amazing lighting job Dash Electrician did at a neighbouring unit, it was a no brainer to also use them to install pot lights in my north-facing living room. Wow, what a difference it made! The 9 pot lights + switch that they installed around the perimeter of my living room really brightens up the space. I would highly suggest reaching out to Moe and his crew as they are extremely professional and left my unit as clean as it was before they arrived. You won't be disappointed!

John and Tony Sr. are awesome! They know exactly what to do, and how to do it the best way possible. They tell you in advance what should be done, and if there is anything that you should know before they start. They know what will look good and work well, too. They are fast, neat, fair, and nice.
