Best Electrical Switch Installation in Chicago IL

I used STS Electric to troubleshoot and repair multiple electrical issues and outages in my building I was having after a big lightning storm. I smelt something burning and called STS Electric on emergency. They were sending an electrician out the same night but I figured I would wait till the morning. Once the electricians arrived, they started tracing the wiring and found several sockets burnt and wiring charred. They also had an infrared thermometer equipment and found some of the walls were getting warm since wiring was heating up behind the wall… very scary. I had them do the repairs since the cost seemed reasonable and in line with what my neighbors have paid to do such work. They did and job and even cleaned up. Communication was excellent from the office manager to electricians. Everything about my experience with them was positive from the office staff, to the electricians. They were on time, courteous, and very friendly. Their prices were reasonable and their work is quality!! I'd highly recommend them to everyone!

Responsive, quick, knowledgeable, and friendly - Kent is the way to go. I was looking to replace a couple of thermostats in my unit. Unlike a couple other electricians I had contacted, he called me back right away, scheduled an appointment the next morning and was able to come and go in a couple hours. I will definitely call him again if I need any work done.

I was referred to Highlights. Ben came out, on time and diagnosed the problem with-in 10 minutes. I left to take my kids to school at 8:25. When I returned at 8:45, he was already done. These guys are great at what they do. Their prices are VERY REASONABLE. I won't trust another company with electrical work or repairs around my home but them. Tony explained what the electrical issues and what he needed to do to fix them. He also pointed out some issues I may have if I decided to sell my home. He didn’t push to fix them just pointed them out. The price was reasonable and I was very happy with the work done.

I thought I had a small breaker issue turns out my feeder wires were aluminum and cloth, needed to be removed and service was severely undersized. Darrell and the Sims and sons team pulled permits and worked with comes flawlessly and upgraded my service to a 400amp and provided and installed 4 new panels. Great experience!! Awesome service!! I called Vilano this week, because the electrical box in my 2 flat almost started a fire. They came out same day (even though it was getting late in the day) and properly diagnosed the main panel as needing to be replaced. They were willing to put in the box (not a small job) the very next day. They did a great job and the price was fair considering the emergency-like timeline I wanted it done in.

Quality of work and attention to detail was top notch. Appreciated that Carlos took the time to actually plan how he was going to attack this instead of getting straight to punching holes in beams and stringing wires wherever. Everything looks like it was born that way. He may not come across as the warm fuzzy type at first, but it’s obvious he cares about what he’s doing and his reputation. Couldn’t be happier.

Justin is well-informed, capable, and meticulous. He replaced our electric panel and installed a Tesla wall charger, all while obtaining all necessary permits. He also warned us of a potential safety concern that may have put my family in risk. He was patient and comprehensive in his explanations of how things worked. Bruno Electrical Contracting team upgraded my electrical fuse box in preparation for receiving solar panels installed on the roof. They also installed a whole home surge protector and brought everything up to current building code. Always on time and cleaned up when finished. Very polite and they knew what they were doing. I highly recommend them for any electrical work needed.
