Best Electrical Service Work in Chicago IL

These guys did a fantastic job! They are very professional, and timely. I had them replace my old fuse box with a breaker panel, and a couple of other electrical miscellaneous jobs.They met all of my expectations, as well as rewiring my house that had old cloth wiring. These electricians are experts with old wiring.They will be doing all of my electrical work from now on. If I could get the rest of my contractors to be like them, building our new home would be a walk in the park!Thanks guys!

I needed an electrical panel to be replaced to bring it up to code. An extremely knowledgeable and friendly electrician, Kent, showed up on time and installed the unit. He was careful as far as protecting the floor of course with a dropcloth. He was extremely efficient. When he opened the panel for the first time, I was amazed that anyone could possibly know which wire goes where. Kent assured me that this was an easy task. He did a great job. Thank you, Kent. You rock!

After checking the BBB website, I reached out to Highlights. The response was quick and we are very happy with our new bathroom fans, light in the shower and split switch for a ceiling fan and light.The project was completed in one day!!The workers are professional and cleaned up the area nicely.We will definitely reach out to Highlights for any future projects.Thank you Highlights for a great job!!

Our garage lost power and we knew about Arnold from some friends and from research about their services. Several Arnold workers communicated with us, made an assessment and finally did the required work. Tim handled the intake call with great professionalism and was very helpful with his suggestions and clearly wanted to help us as much as possible. Scheduling and confirming was easy, all's one through an automated system but with easy to reach human workers just a phone call away. Derek came out to do the assessment at our place and outlined several options for updating several code related issues (and costs) in addition to detailing the plan and costs for installing a new underground line to the garage. He went over each option and explained the purpose and procedure for all of the work that was proposed and answered all of my questions. Then, Eric V. Came out with a couple other guys to dig the trench and install the new garage line as well as do the other proposed work inside by the panel. The job went really smooth and everything works and looks great. Of particular importance was Eric's and the whole team's willingness to dig the trench and route the garage conduit in such a way that our nice patio and stone installation didn't have to be moved or changed at all. The workers at Arnold took our concerns about this very seriously and even collaborated with me personally by considering an annotated picture layout I sent via email which explained some of the layout and situations on our property in more detail. All in all I can't recommend these guys more highly. I felt very comfortable working with them and having them on the property. I guess we've got our building electricians!

We had several switches and outlets repaired and four ceiling lights/pendants installed. Couldn’t have been a better experience…friendly personnel, great work, and even the best clean up after they were done. Would highly recommend.

Our T&D electrician was Greg. He installed our outdoor fan and can lights on our new pergola structure. He was professional, knowledgeable and he ensured that we were happy with the placement of the fan and lights. He did a great job with the wiring and neatly attaching it to the aluminum siding of our house. The connector for the Fan’s light kit was damaged and Greg was able to come up with a fix, so we didn’t have to return the light kit for a new one, which we really appreciated. At the end of the project, he cleared the area very well which was great. We would definitely be happy to have Greg back to do electrical work for us - he was terrific!

Ed Morales was my technician. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a flickering light that wasn't installed correctly. So, he re-wired the light. Told me every step of the way what he was doing and what he was repairing. The service was done quickly. He called to let me know he was 20 min away so I had an idea of when to expect him. Overall great service.

I highly recommend Lucas. I lost power to half my house on a weekend and he responded right away. I had him come back to re-wired my old home. He was knowledgeable, clean and fair with his price. Since then he’s come back to fix outlets in my garage and made sure the job was well done so I could plug in my electric vehicle.
