Long-story short, I was replacing an outlet and blew out the circuit breaker in the basement of my apartment building (who knew there were two). After calling 5 electricians on Sunday to no avail, Skyline walked me through the process over the phone to see if they could save me a $250 emergency visit and it worked, all fixed! Friendly and helpful, I will go nowhere else in Chicago now!

Highlights Chicago was amazing! I needed the coach lights on my home replaced, and they came out in one hour, got the job done efficiently and professionally! Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing an electrician!

Derek was really helpful! We live in an old building, and ultimately need more circuits going into our apartment, which would mean lots of $$ and time and construction. Instead of pushing a several-thousand-dollar project, he found a workaround that has really helped our problem, and didn't charge more than for the visit. Would definitely use them again.

I've used Neuman Electrical Services for three years on a number of electric projects and they have always done an excellent job and at a very reasonable price. Their technicians are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I have been impressed with their work and would definitely recommend them.

They were fast to respond and schedule. However, it was a complete ripoff for the service provided. They should have been able to identify or try the fix ultimately performed within the visit/ initial diagnostic fee. However, they had us commit to a $400+ job which took less than 30 minutes to do and consisted of only fastening a couple screws in the grounding box outside our garage. All-in $600 for 30 minutes worth of visit/service. Be aware!

Chicago Bungalow Owner, I needed some electrical work done and used the Chicago Bungalow Association for references and the Wizard popped up. I’ve read some of the reviews and of the negative ones that I came across I have to say I totally disagree. Customer service was excellent when setting up the appointment over the Memorial Day weekend. I had the pleasure of working with Rob, who had great knowledge of Chicago Bungalows and was spot on with his information so to you Rob; I Thank You! I will ABSOLUTELY use this company again for any and all my electrical needs.Job Done: trouble shoot electrical short, 3 new light switches, installed a ceiling fan and made a Not safe wiring to another ceiling fan safe so that I can install a new one myself.

Excellent and professional service. Luis was great! He was thorough and determined to figure out our electrical problem. He was tidy and wore booties on his shoes. I would recommend them and will use them again in the future.
