A technician was at our house and the dodgy outlet fixed within 24 hours of my initial request. Not only did they resolve the issue in a timely manner, they followed up with us later in the day to make sure we were happy with the work and had no follow up questions. Finally, the bill came in below the initial quote. This company clearly knows their work and has the professionalism and follow-through that customer dreams are made of. Highly recommend!

I had an unfortunate situation of faulty wiring finally causing the electricity in the house to go out. The breaker box was smoking, the smell of melted plastic and hot wire, etc was quite obvious. I was able to find All Power Electric Inc and they came out right away. Grace was extremely helpful and Pablo showed up, took a look and assessed the problem and fixed things. This was late on a Sunday night, and it was hot - so no AC. Thankfully, they got things up and running, ordered the necessary parts, and installed everything professionally. I was very pleased and would use them again!

I had had a bad experience with the installation of a new ceiling light fixture and needed a knowledgeable electrician to make it right. I called simandsons and they sent someone out in an hour. (Who does that?) Enis was a delightful and conscientious professional. He explained everything he did and made sure that the light was at the exact height I wanted. I will definitely call Simandsons the next time I need an electrician.

I do home remodeling as my profession and when I need any electrical service done, I call these electrical contractors. All the licensed electricians they employ are professional and competent and I have never had any bad service from them. They are a little more expensive than some of the smaller electrical contractors, but well worth the extra money to know the job is done right.

Pricing for installation of ceiling mounted fixtures is related to size (diameter). It was incredibly high, $350 just for one. The two others were various, but high, prices as well.The electrician was friendly and professional. Of course I agreed to pay but if you are looking at a more economical choice look elsewhere as the cost is steep for basic install work. Should of had more patience with the instruction manuals.

The greatest customer service I EVER experienced. Com Ed disconnected service to my first floor apartment before I had a chance to put it in my name after tenet moved, stating there was a backfeed. I called Wizard and talked to Tom, he took it upon himself to call Com Ed and get them to come out with in an hour and totally fix the problem. NO CHARGE. THANKS TOM.
