Best Electrical Panel Installed in Chicago IL

Called two days ago for an emergency after all the ice started melting and getting in my house. There was huge amount of water and panel was shorting out. Com Ed never came and told me to call an electrician. I am thankful to the ComEd technician who recommended STS electric. He said he has seen their work and was very impressed. I quickly found out that they all take a message and call you back to you in the indefinite future.Luckily, I kept trying until I found Skyline. I was quickly connected to Kent. I explained my situation to Kent and he immediately diagnosed, explained, and solved the issue over the phone.It is rare to find someone so knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. If I have any other issues in the future, Skyline/Kent will be my first call.

My electrical panel was arcing, and just generally in a bad state after a storm.Shawn came as soon as he can, and stayed late to restore service, to ensure we'd have electricity during the night.He then came again the next day to replace the remaining broken parts, and tested everything with us.Not only was he professional, but he was also extremely knowledgeable and good at sharing what he was doing and why.This was an excellent experience, and I'd recommend Sapphire Electric in a heartbeat.
