This review is long overdue!After recently moving to Chicago, we needed various work done in our new house. This included electrical work to accommodate a new washer and dryer. After taking delivery of my new machines I realized that I did not have the correct outlet for the dryer, and that all the electrical in the laundry needed attention. I had been without a washer and dryer for nearly ten days, (with three boys this was no joke), so I wanted the work done ASAP.Kam at Sapphire was outstanding. He was punctual and professional and knowledgeable. He really went above and beyond. Thank you! The electrical work was complicated and laborious. It was done to an excellent standard. All the guys, especially Kam, were great. He explained everything clearly. The estimate was very fair, comparable to other companies, and the same as the final bill. No add-ons or surprise charges despite the work being more involved in the end. They were also very tidy. I was very impressed and I would not hesitate in using them again.

Sims & Sons are great! Zeno and David were quick and professional. In about an hour, Zeno and David were able to move a 500+ lbs refrigerator, diagnose the leaky water line, run out to buy a replacement braided stainless steel hose, reinstall the new hose, and move the refrigerator back.During the initial conversations, there was a question regarding the water shut-off for the refrigerator water line and code compliance (turned out to be a non-issue) -- scoping out the work in a responsible and compliant manner was very much appreciated. I got the sense that this was a reputable company and not one that can be categorized as one and done.I will definitely reach out Sims & Sons for any future plumbing and electrical needs for my home.

We had an electrical emergency (bad wiring from previous owner) Charles was able to diagnose the problem and give us a range of options to fix the problem that still worked with our budget. He and his crew are thorough, friendly and respectful and they know their work.I have used the services of several electricians on the a southwest side, but Safe Electrical Service is now the first call I make for any questions or jobs.

Everything about my experience was 5 stars. Jake was very responsive to all of my questions and I'm not the easiest person to deal with. Pricing was too good. The team that came out was the best group of contractors that I've ever had. All were professional, timely and friendly. Work was top quality. I had basically all my electric redone, outlets, switches, lights, fans, and added outlets as well. Highly recommend them and plan to use them for all my electrical work. Especially nowadays it's hard to find a contractor let alone a good one. These guys are the best!

I genuinely believe my payments are less expensive than a monthly bill because they are simple, prompt, and always eager to work with me. All day, I have three window units going. Additionally, it aids me in electricity conservation.

I don't believe they are a real company. They came out and charged me $200 for a service call and I had to pay for their street parking on top of it. They were here for all of ten minutes and were to send a receipt, an estimate and a Certificate of Insurance to show they were licensed electricians. I never heard back from them despite repeatedly trying to contact them. I called Southshore Electric and the problem was resolved in 24 hours.

Pricing for installation of ceiling mounted fixtures is related to size (diameter). It was incredibly high, $350 just for one. The two others were various, but high, prices as well.The electrician was friendly and professional. Of course I agreed to pay but if you are looking at a more economical choice look elsewhere as the cost is steep for basic install work. Should of had more patience with the instruction manuals.

Steve was amazing. Such great customer service. It was a simpler fix than we originally thought but he didn't make us feel bad about our lack of knowledge. I would definitely recommend Bruno Electrical Contracting to others. Great job! You saved our fridge full of groceries.

Kris was amazing not only did he go over the entire inspection step by step, he also educated us on what current home code regulations are and provided estimates on replacement costs for our electrical panel. Electric today was able to come out on the same day. I would endorse using them in the future 10:/10
