I called for a EV car charging station installation quote and scheduled an estimate the same day. STS was prompt, gave us an accurate estimate (very competitive one) and we decided to hire them for this job. It was great, the job was done the same day, I was able to charge my vehicle with no problem immediately (happy). Thank you guys for all that you do, appreciate the great work and fair pricing.

We were very happy with our experience with Highlights. From start to finish, they were responsive, easy to communicate with, clear, and flexible. On the day of service Juve and Oscar went above and beyond. They were kept us up to date on progress and were flexible and open to making things work for our old house that has some creative electrical configurations. Ultimately, they completed everything on our list including fixing an outlet, reconfiguring three way switches, installing a new outlet, and installing a wired doorbell. They even helped us figure out some of our unlabeled switches on our fuse box. Both wore masks as a Covid precaution and used tarps where they were working so that our house was just as clean when they left. Will definitely be calling Highlights with any electrical needs we have in the future.

They were absolutely wonderful, we had an issue with a new home we bought and our electrical connection to the AC unit. They came out right away, gave a great estimate and got the work done quickly. I highly recommend them as we will be using them for future electrical work as well.

Contacted A to Z electric Co. And was able to set up assessment times right away.Barry, a great individual who is thorough and clear, came out to do the assessment. He walked us through what he thought we'd need. We contacted them a week later to make amendments to our plan. We contacted A to Z again to do so. Bob was clear, engaged and present when asking about the changes we wanted to make.Bob came early to re assess and go over the changes again. During the assessment he looked over our existing wiring and validated that the changes we had talked about were safe and viable. His team, Frankie, Tony, and himself were professional, kind, and thorough again. They cleaned up quite well.With having an old house and I'm sure we'll be needing to update things as time goes on. We look forward to hiring them again.

I had a great experience with SAFE Electrical Service. They always showed up on time, they put all of the estimates on paper, the did a great job with clean up, etc. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of and they were very upfront with all costs of the job.Everything in my house is working as planned and I will definitely be using them in the future! Making an appointment was easy, and they were very responsive in providing an estimate (which was accurate). Jose arrived on time, and was polite and very competent. He moved a light fixture (a chandelier) from one home to another. He was careful - as the fixture was fragile - and he consistently checked with me about what he was about to do. I would definitely use them again! (As a bonus - he was nice to my dogs!!)

I accidently dead shorted a wire in an outlet box, although nothing tripped in the breaker the entire house lost power not good. I was lucky and was able to reach Tom on the phone he walked me through it. We were able to find a breaker outside by the meter which I reset and the power came back on Tom saved me time and money, however most importantly my weekend. Thanks Tom!!!!!
