Came in and provided a quick estimate along with recommendations for a fair price. Grace was easy to communicate along with the additional repair people. I went with them because they did a great job at communicating all the repairs with me and were transparent about the entire repair.

Had Sims & Sons out a couple times for separate issues and have only positive things to say. They were able to quickly identify and repair an outdoor broken neutral wire for our courtyard and then replaced significant amounts of broken and damaged outdoor 120v wiring. Also had them look at and modify the electric to my wall oven that was preventing a replacement oven from fitting and had everything good to go in under an hour!

We set up an appointment with another company to do some work in our home. After waiting all day they never came or called us back. Some one told us about Safe Electrical Service . When I called Charles answer the phone and I ask him if he could do the work. He was very nice and considerate. He told me he would send someone out the next day. Mitch and Michael were very Professional and very detailed. Michael put in reset lights, ceiling fan, doorbells, electrical outlets. Even clean up the area where they worked. I am so glad I called them.They are like family to me, and they made us feel the same way. They are also on time and reasonable.

Rodrigo was phenomenal. We had an extremely complex problem that took a lot of time to solve and he was patient throughout the entire process. From beginning to end, he assured us he would provide a solution and that he did. We are grateful T&D sent us someone who didn't give up because things were difficult. Will absolutely be calling again if we have electrical needs.

I was in a bind and couldn't find anyone to help these guys came out within one hour and repaired a damaged electrical post. Very happy with the service they provided, I will Definitely call them when I need an electrician.

Initially was told they would arrive between 4-7 pm, however they weren’t able to come out until the next day. Technician was thorough and informative as to the progress of the job, however had to go twice to the store to find the correct replacement part, and then initially charged for the two trips to the store, plus time and materials. I’m satisfied with the service but you can probably find a cheaper alternative.

The best electrical contractor I’ve ever used. On time, outstanding finished product. Carlos replaced the dryer outlet and also installed a circuit bypass so my generator can run the whole house during long power outages. Very reasonable pricing too. Definitely a thumbs up!

Monika and Delores successfully diagnosed a faulty neutral line and installed a new GFCI outlet which I had on hand. Delores the electrician arrived promptly, gave me a fair estimate, and when done, left no mess. After setting up an appt time I stilll had questions before their arrival and each time I contacted with a question, my work man, Rayond, always contacted me back with answers I needed to proceed. The job was handled on time and neatly complete, with Peyton giving me details on what was repaired or replaced. I would recommend this company.

He took the time to explain the issue to me and found a cost effective solution to get a bit more life out of my older unit. Very impressed and will go with them when it's time to replace the unit.
