I am very happy with the work provided by STS Electric. They were responsive to our request and communicated with us on phone and email to keep us informed of arrivals and scheduling. The friendly and knowledgeable staff took the time to answer our questions and understand our concerns. They arrived on time and efficiently completed the requested task. Highlights Chicago is very professional and communicates clearly! I particularly loved that the person who came to do the work called ahead 15 min before arriving so I would be ready! All email communication was very clear, and the prices were very fair!

Tony explained what the electrical issues and what he needed to do to fix them. He also pointed out some issues I may have if I decided to sell my home. He didn’t push to fix them just pointed them out. The price was reasonable and I was very happy with the work done.

When the production facility I manage went down due to a mystery electrical problem, I called them and they sent an emergency electrician out right away. These electrical contractors got me up and running fast, then tracked down the problem (rodents) and got it all fixed properly and safely. I also got rid of the rodents so it won't happen again.

Our stopped working. We contacted several companies trying and get someone out to work the system and they were all booked solid. Same Day was able to come out in two days, which was appreciated! Florence was our service technician. I was a little surprised to see a woman Professional but, that's just what she was. She was knowledgeable and professional. She was able to determine what the problem was in no time. She did a series of tests and checks and ultimately determined that the capacitor was bad. She had it in and the system was blowing ice cold air almost This chick knows what she's doing! I recommend this company and specifically their technician Florence! My kitchen kept going out of power, other electricians stating nothing was wrong or they wouldn't even come out.
