When you buy a new house, there's nothing better than finding your guys. (Or gals. No sexism here.) Now we've got our electrical guy! Kent's the best. He's super fast to respond to texts and calls. And he's really efficient in diagnosing issues. He installed a complicated chandelier for us, then figured out why we seemingly had no power running to our smoke & carbon monoxide detectors. He's a Nest installer, too, which is harder to find than you'd think. We've had several contractors in who obviously didn't know a thing about it. After everything Kent did for us, he charged us a ridiculously reasonable amount and was on his way. I'll absolutely use him for all electrical everything in the future. Just keep in mind, he may not be able to get to you right away, but he will get to you, and it'll be well worth it. Pro tip: Make the guy some coffee. He likes coffee.

Oscar and Julio came out to assess electrical issues in my apartment, and they were very professional, courteous, and thorough in their inspection and evaluation. Geez Louise. These. Guys. Are. Good. Nate and Nel got to my house to repair a circuit breaker switch in my bedroom that kept tripping. We figured out that it was from a new outlet that was installed by a guy who mounted my tv. They quickly got to work. They wouldn't let me touch a thing. They moved the tv, moved furniture in their way and put everything back when they were done. They also repaired an outlet that I didn't even know wasn't working on the balcony. They even fixed our jacuzzi (happy wife, happy life ?). THESE GUYS ARE PROS and know what they are doing. If you need electrical work done, call Sims!!! ???? HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Safe Electrical and Charles just became my “go to” electrical provider as a company which delivers professional electrical services in a timely, efficient manner.I contacted Charles on Monday of Christmas week. A fair quote was provided on Tuesday and a team of three workers arrived at 9 AM on Thursday (yesterday - the day before Christmas Eve) and did not stop working until the job was done at 2 Pm…..ensuring that my family would enjoy our newly installed hot tub, today on Christmas Eve. I've used this company twice now and Eugene was our technician. Once for a pretty major job where they replaced our ancient electric panel and updated closet lighting and some switched and outlets so they were up to code. Another time he came out to update an exterior outlet and outlets in the basement. Both times Eugene was prompt in his arrival and very efficient with getting the job done. I think I've found my go-to company for everything electric and would highly recommend them to family, friends, and others.

I called this morning about some outlet problems in a few different rooms. Dunning Electrical Services, Inc.were here about an hour later, and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Never expected service the same day, and they did it all in one visit. I very highly recommend them.

I had a new flood light installed. Light stopped working after 6 months. I changed the bulb several times to see if the light would work again. The light still isn't working. I reached out after exhausting all troubleshooting methods. I have not received any type of communication from the company. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service support.
