They responded to my initial query within hours, scheduled a time for Boz, the project mgr come see the scope of work and forwarded their proposal within the timeline they said they would. Boz then answered all my questions and put me on his schedule.The crew, Mile and Gig, came out on the day work was scheduled to begin. Boz took the time to introduce them to me. Mile and Gig were fantastic all the way around. Their expertise was obvious. They installed exterior sconce lights, outlets and switches. They were careful in the cuts they had to make and took the time to clean up after themselves. All debris was disposed of appropriately and their attention to the detail of their work was impeccable.I will for sure be using Hightlights Chicago for all of my electrical needs. SAFE Electrical is the absolute best! Every interaction with them (office and electricians) was fantastic. I live in a home that was built in the 50s with some questionable wiring. The team that came out to move a switch and install a couple of outlets went above and beyond. They were thoughtful, professional, and did an excellent job. I used T&D for installation of a space heater for my garage. The electrician was super professional, friendly, and was even able to make gentle recommendations related to the placement. I can't believe how easy it is to charge my car now. I used to spend so much time driving around, looking for a parking spot where I could easily plug in.
