The staff at STS Electrician is great from the intake person to the technician. Everyone was friendly and our ceiling fan was repaired and the new outlet in the bathroom is perfect. No mess was left behind and my wife and I appreciate the prompt, reliable, and friendly service!

I called Skyline at 12:30 am. We lost power in the middle of one of our late night parties I called Com-Ed and they told us it had nothing to do with there equipment. Skyline sent Kent and in 20 minutes the party was back on. The price was totally FAIR for that time of night. Vary professional quick response time. If you want a great electrician call Skyline and tell them you want KENT!!!!!!!

Working with highlights was an absolute pleasure. They made the entire process very simple. Niki was wonderful and responsive in explaining to me the necessary work and getting me scheduled.Once my electrician, Juve, came out, it was a very smooth process. He went above and beyond to explain the work he was doing, and was very considerate of where I wanted my light fixture to go. He was extremely knowledgeable and offered advice on other elements of my home regarding what options I had for different recessed lighting. He demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and respect.While estimated higher, the invoice actually ended up being lower than the estimate, which was such a pleasant surprise! Cannot recommend these guys enough!

Our garage lost power and we knew about Arnold from some friends and from research about their services. Several Arnold workers communicated with us, made an assessment and finally did the required work. Tim handled the intake call with great professionalism and was very helpful with his suggestions and clearly wanted to help us as much as possible. Scheduling and confirming was easy, all's one through an automated system but with easy to reach human workers just a phone call away. Derek came out to do the assessment at our place and outlined several options for updating several code related issues (and costs) in addition to detailing the plan and costs for installing a new underground line to the garage. He went over each option and explained the purpose and procedure for all of the work that was proposed and answered all of my questions. Then, Eric V. Came out with a couple other guys to dig the trench and install the new garage line as well as do the other proposed work inside by the panel. The job went really smooth and everything works and looks great. Of particular importance was Eric's and the whole team's willingness to dig the trench and route the garage conduit in such a way that our nice patio and stone installation didn't have to be moved or changed at all. The workers at Arnold took our concerns about this very seriously and even collaborated with me personally by considering an annotated picture layout I sent via email which explained some of the layout and situations on our property in more detail. All in all I can't recommend these guys more highly. I felt very comfortable working with them and having them on the property. I guess we've got our building electricians!

Searched for Chicago electrician online and found them. Called them for an emergency electrical issue. It was pretty late at night but glad the electrician was able to come out and fix the issue.

These guys are great. I called in the middle of the night and they came out right away. They were at my house in less than 30 minutes of when I called. We had a small outlet fire that led to us making a decision to get our entire home rewired and brought up to code. Let me first start with this company is OUTSTANDING! My experience was great from start to finish. I’ll start with the person on the other end of the phone, Noelle, she was very helpful with scheduling someone to come out, answering all of my questions, and was phenomenal with making me comfortable and easing the anxiety that comes along with trying to find a company you can trust for a project like this. Next is the master electrician/owner, Charles, professionalism and customer service at its finest! He came out, did a walkthrough of my home, and came back a couple days later to review options with my husband and myself. When it came time to do the work, the entire crew was respectful of my home, courteous, and professional. A true reflection of their owner/leadership. The icing on the cake was when the village inspector came out and acknowledged that they did a phenomenal job. My husband and I are rarely surprised and I must say the work Safe Electrical did exceeded our expectations. I cannot say enough good things about this company. We have already recommended this company to a few co-workers and friends who are in need of electrical work. I rarely write reviews but this is one was well worth it and I can only hope it helps others who are in need of an electrician make their decision.

The electrician Peter was amazing. He did the light switch replacements really quickly and he even gave me new switch coverings. I’m 100% satisfied with the service that was performed and I will be using this company again.

T & D provided a quality electrical panel upgrade with a great price. The whole process went smoothly from getting a quote, to review it, to scheduling it, to installation. Other electricians in the area were extremely overpriced and some even tried to convince me to do work without a permit or contacting ComED. T & D is most use electrical contractor in the Chicago area!

Neuman Electrical Services has taken good care of my home elec needs twice now. They analyzed, recommended, and installed a fuse box upgrade from original house construction. They have also trouble-shot a GFCI problem and provided good education to his homeowner. Eddie and his co worker precisely found the problem and fixed what was on their hand. They also called ComEd for me to fix external electrical cables. ComEd respond faster when a professional electrician reports a problem. It took a very short time to have all problems solved by Mr. Mighty and ComED. Very happy with this company services
