Hani came over to fix what I thought was a blown breaker or costly job at the fuse box or internal wiring in my apt. He found the problem which was a short at one of my outlets and promptly fixed the issue. Thanks for the quick fix and honest diagnosis, Hani!

Dalton Electrical Contracting technician came for the six-month maintenance checkup on my generator in October. Ken arrived within the time scheduled, in a professional, and courteous manner. He was efficient while performing the maintenance and was very responsive to my question with his answers. He performed a simulated power outage and the generator turned on within seconds of the failure. Excellent job:

We're first time home owners and bought an old house with very outdated electrical. Lucas came out, gave us a reasonable quote, and got to work shortly after. Everything came out great! Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Gave us recommendations without trying to take advantage or being pushy. Will use again for future projects. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately I did not get the same 5-star experience as others did.Electrician first had to reschedule at the last minute due to a fire emergency which I can understand. However, I had to take off work a second time for him to come in, which he never showed up for. I called him several times and then called the company’s main number in the afternoon (appointment was first thing in the morning). I told them it was unprofessional for the electrician to not even provide updates or let me know he wasn’t going to make it (again). The person’s response was literally “well we cannot account for the electrician’s professionalism” which is probably the worst excuse you can tell a customer. I asked to speak to the manager, which they told me would call me back shortly. I did not receive a phone call.I never do reviews, but this was a terrible experience.

Wonderful work by an experienced technician! John was there at the drop of the hat on the weekend late Saturday to solve my electrical problem. He did his magic on my breaker box and some outlets. Good follow up once work was complete and great customer service. Thank you!

I contacted Doyle Electrical Contracting through the internet and received a response the same day. I was given the costs, and because my problem may take some time to solve, I won't be shocked by the expense. They phoned the following day to inform me of a cancellation and were able to accommodate me. They arrived on schedule and completed the task. I thank these gentlemen for performing an excellent job and correcting an issue that other electricians had obviously overlooked the first time. THANK YOU ANOTHER TIME!!
