They were very prompt in getting back to me for a small job, explain the pricing, and was able to get someone to fix it on the same day. I will definitely use again!

We hired Highlights to do several electrical updates in our new home. We are so happy with the work they did and the process was very smooth. Boz came out to do a walkthrough of the property and gave us an initial proposal. We were able to communicate back-and-forth by email to add projects and modify the proposal. On the date of service, Boz came back to do another walkthrough with the electricians who completed the work. The electricians were professional, efficient and did excellent work. The final invoice was a fair price and very close to the initial proposal. We highly recommend Highlights and would happily hire them again.

They gave me a quote and promised the price would not change no matter what they found during the work. Then when trying to install an outlet, they couldn’t find a live wire in the wall and decided they would charge extra if I wanted the job done. The electrician said there was nothing he could do about it and I tried calling/emailing the main office to remind them of the promise, but they told me there was nothing they would do about it.

My electrical panel was arcing, and just generally in a bad state after a storm.Shawn came as soon as he can, and stayed late to restore service, to ensure we'd have electricity during the night.He then came again the next day to replace the remaining broken parts, and tested everything with us.Not only was he professional, but he was also extremely knowledgeable and good at sharing what he was doing and why.This was an excellent experience, and I'd recommend Sapphire Electric in a heartbeat.

I had a great experience with Sims and Sons. Darrell and Anel were in and out in about 45 minutes and replaced a couple of electrical switches in our house that we were having problems with. It has been a few days and they are working great now. The price seemed right in line with what I expected and they were both friendly and responsive. I would definitely go back to them in the future.

I booked an appointment with them. It was confirmed online and 2 follow up email confirmations. Day of the appt they call me at 8 in the morning (my appt was at 2pm) and tell me that their free estimate is over the phone. That would have been acceptable except they never had an actual total. They just kept say $180 for the first half hour and $90 every half hour after that. I asked would the electrician let me know the actual total or estimation of time before beginning the actual work. They said they couldn't do that. They wouldn't know how long. So you want me to just let you blindly take your time doing the repairs with no real idea of how much it will be? Then I said well would your electrician still be showing up for our 2 pm appt? They said they couldn't guarantee it since they had a lot of stops scheduled for around that time. So now you're telling me that you purposely over booked and I am supposed to sit around waiting all day. I work at night so my times have to be precise because that's when I sleep which is why I had booked an appointment time and got confirmations. All of it was just a complete waste of time. There was no value for the clients time. Never have I had these problems with contractors.

Charles and his crew have completed over 40 electrical jobs for me in three years. YES 40 and i am always more than satisfied. I run Special Spaces in Illinois. First off they say they service Chicago online when I called he asked all these questions about the job just to say it too far out... so I google the address just to see they are 10miles away. Paul seemed very uninterested and not very personable. Find another company!

Diaz Electrical Contracting guys were very professional, kept to their cost and time estimate and cleaned up well before leaving. They were very friendly, too. Very good service and workmanship. Dan was punctual, and had provided an outstanding workmanship in replacing the old hdb chute. It was hard work removing the old one and i had to give it to him. Thumbs up and highly recommended!

I would give this company 10 stars if that were an option. Justin was on time, professional, and friendly. He didn't try and sell us anything we didn't need. We ended up needing a new water heater and he went out of his way to call his main office to see what the best deal was he could give us. Although, I wish I didn't have had to buy a new water heater I am grateful for Justin saving us as much money as he could. I terribly endorse this company.
