Used K1 home services. Got appointment for the same day. Chris called me a couple of times to keep me updated. Arrived on time and got to work quickly to fix water heater pilot lamp, which kept going off. The issue was a bad thermocouple, which is a copper wire that conducts some electricity to keep the pilot lamp alight. Fixed it in 30 minutes. Reasonable cost. Overall pleased with quick service.

Andrey needed to come back and address an installation issue with my dishwasher. Took care of it efficiently, professionally and was easy to work with.
