Mr Crawford is a true professional. He called to give us an estimated arrival time and was perfectly on time. He then listened to our issues, assessed the problem, told us how he would fix it, and fixed it in very little time. Kris is an awesome technician. Prompt, extremely professional, and courteous. He installed my hot water heater and took the time to explain some of the steps he had taken with the install and how he made sure the gas line wasn't damaged or leaking. I highly recommend and will call for anything home/appliance related repair in the future!
