I just wanted to send you a note to say how outstanding Roby treated us with our HVAC system. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and the problem was resolved – coming during the day to fix it and then coming back that night to fix the problem again. The entire staff was incredible to deal with. I personally spent time talking to Elijah as well as Anthony who after several conversations – came out later in the evening to research and correct the problem. We dealt with several employees of Roby – Elijah, Hunter, Chou and Anthony and all were incredibly patient, understanding of our frustrations, helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone went above and beyond to service us and make sure the problem was resolved. We can’t thank Roby enough for helping us on several occasions and working to make sure there was resolve. Roby went above and beyond and will have our business going forward. Thank you again to the team for all that they did for us.

Jody Best was amazing. He called to let me know he was available earlier which worked perfectly. Jody was at my home within minutes and super courteous and informative. He walked me through what was wrong and how he needed to fix it and was up front with the pricing before beginning the fix. Totally reasonable pricing and I shopped around. He was so polite to my 2 year old daughter and made me feel so comfortable and confident in choosing Michael and Sons. Jody was in and out in no time and even sent me an estimate for if I want to replace my toilet bc it is super old. He went above and beyond and I can’t say enough good things about Jody and this company.

One time when we had water damage in our shower Paul had to remove the siding on the house to get to the problem. When he put it back you couldn't tell it had been moved. He then removed a wall between our kitchen and living room and opened up the room. He then painted the house and replaced our front deck. We have had Paul do our work for over 10 years. Thanks!
