I tried calling three times over three days. No-one answered my calls, and no-one called me back.

Sky Electric was outstanding. The Electrician was prompt, courteous, and knowledgable. I have called them several times for different electrical problems and all of them have been resolved. I now have their number in my cell phone directory because I will call them again for any future electrical problems. No item is too small for them. Awesome!!!!

Prompt, courteous and fair! Jeriah and Darren were great! You can trust their technicians to give honest information and quotes for electrical needs. Clean cut crew and reliable service. And they follow recommended health and safety measures by wearing a mask.

I was just going to move on but since they have emailed me 3-4 times in the past month for an appointment on Jan 15 2018.. I guess I should share my brief experience. The positive is the technician showed up quickly.. They have a policy that they will charge you $200 the moment they commence looking at your project. And they even go as far to disclaim that there is a chance they will not be able to perform the task you need and that you will still have to pay the $200. This routine seems pretty rehearsed and probably has been required by some attorney.

My technician looked at the front door light fixture and sure enough said it needed to be replaced and there was nothing he could do.. but that he would be happy to come back out to charge me another $200 to install the fixture once I have purchased it.

The lesson here is if you have any light fixture that you think is faulty.. the best plan is to go to Lowe’s/Home Depot/etc. and purchase a replacement.. they usually come with the installation. If it turns out the project doesn’t require the new fixture, you just return it. But at least you will have a reliable electrician that comes with the Lowe’s/ Home Depot stamp of approval who will assess your needs and not Overcharge you for what amounts to a 2 minute decision that they couldn’t help you.

I don’t like writing bad reviews but perhaps this will teach the Father and Son to use more discretion which previous clients to hound for public feedback.

It's a company that's always ready and willing to hire, no matter what your experience is, the word recession is not in this company's vocabulary, they have plenty of work for everyone male or female you just have tc have the will to work!

It took a while to get them to come out, but once they got to my house they were able to easily identify and fix the problems with my house.

I had an issue with exterior outlets not working, light bulbs blowing and moisture coming in around exterior doors and they fixed all three in three hours!

Great workers, just need to get on their schedule ASAP!

Bought a fixer-upper house and we had Bates do all the electrical work because some thieves had stolen all the wiring. I am very satisfied with the work they did fixing up the electrical system.

Eric was on time, professional, and his workmanship was quality! I'd definitely use his services for future projects!
