Running a new Line to Crawl Space for Humidifier connected to the Circuit Breaker & Install a GFI outlet in the garage & outside. Mr Ed Bunch and Jay Smith helped me with this project. These Gentlemen know what they are doing, extremely knowledgeable, professional, explained and educated me on their approach, overall effort and very courteous, nimble and polite. They also waited for me as I was in the middle of a video call and didn't want to interrupt the internet service at home to disrupt my meeting. Highly recommend them for top quality service.

Prompt, professional, and pleasant! We had a bathroom exhaust fan installed by Alfred (Al) Gordon at Benet Electrical. I called on a Wednesday and Al was able to come the following Monday. Al accomplished the install quickly with no issues or damage to the surrounding walls/ceiling, and thoroughly cleaned up after the project.
The informal phone estimate we received was very close to the final cost of the project, and there was no up-selling or up-charging. I got about five informal phone estimates before deciding to go with Benet Electrical - they won the bid because the price seemed very fair relative to the other estimates (tied for lowest bid), and because later that day Benet Electrical was independently recommended by a friend of mine.
Small but nice things: I appreciated that Al checked in right after we booked the appointment via text message to confirm my address, and later responded to my text when I had a question while selecting the fan. Al also called a half-hour before our appointment to confirm that we were still on, which was really nice as well. Finally, Benet Electrical accepts credit card payments - I was prepared to use a check, but it's nice to get reward points for home repairs! I really appreciate that level of accessibility, engagement, and tech savvy in a service provider.

Awesome quality professional instal of new recessed lighting and dimmer switches.

SCAMMERS! AVOID THIS COMPANY. Was quoted $95 hourly rate on the phone, and described the job in detail, providing my address. Electrician arrived and didn't have the parts needed to complete the job. Said he would have to charge us 2 hours labor in order to go back and get the parts needed. Electrician asked my husband to leave work and go get the parts needed. I called the office to talk about the lack of preparedness and was told they would discount the hourly rate (which she jacked up to $125) back down to the $95 I was originally quoted. They were counting on us moving forward due to a time crunch, but fortunately, we had some wiggle room in the schedule and sent these scammers packing.

Call 1 Home Repair did a stellar job at my house. Brian showed up promptly and worked efficiently the entire time he was here. I had five jobs ranging from carpentry to cabinet repair, and he managed each project well. He also invited my input while completing the jobs, which I appreciated. The initial estimate took thirty minutes and a few days later Call 1 Home Repair had completed the work. I will call this company again for future jobs, and I will request Brian.

We had Joshua come by to help us with out electrical needs. We had a bit of an emergency and Mr. Electric staff worked very hard to have someone come by to help us, even being short on staff that day. Joshua was very nice and knowledgable and helped us out alot. I highly recommend Mr.Electric!
