This good review is truly well-deserved. I found your website through a simple web search and a prayer as I have been having other unfavorable experiences with other home repair services in Charlotte. I currently live in Georgia, so it is a challenge to find reliable people at a distance.
I called Paul Kerr and he and his team were at my place the next day beginning the repairs. They found lots of water damage but were honest about what it would take to fix it. More importantly, they did so in a very fast , efficient, and professional manner. I received photographs of every step and this was reassuring.

ARC Electric was a pleasure to work with. They sent a tech to quote the job. Then they continued to stay in touch when scheduling. Anthony and his tech arrived on time; we’re polite, kind, knowledgeable, and uncovered electrical issues that we didn’t know were present. When they were done, they cleaned up and left the house as they found it.
