Jeremy came to the house today to fix some lights that had been flickering and were getting progressively worse. He quickly assessed the problem and solved it! He was so courteous and kind, and he wore a mask in our home the whole time! I am very pleased and will use Bates Electric again in the future for sure! Thank you Jeremy!

Have lived in the area for 25 years and never had a go to electrician. Well, no more. GB Electrical is awesome. Ed and Nick were excellent - provided great service and even made sure my wife's conference call was not interrupted while they were working. They are timely and responsive and provide the pricing up front. I now know who to call when I need an electrician!

Brian at Call 1 Home Services did a phenomenal job for us with fixing some electrical wiring and installing new ceiling fans. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would like to express my highest recommendation for Bates Electric. Our family has been loyal customers since 2019 when we moved into the area and have recommended them many times since then. The management and his staff are courteous, honest and reliable in all the years I have known them. They do excellent work, are very reasonably priced, are on time, fairly priced estimates, and have no surprises. The technicians always call before arriving so you are prepared for their visit.

My thanks to Carolina Electrical and to highly talented electrician Randy Page for a super job in removing our existing kitchen ceiling lighting (two basic flush mount lights), and replacing them with four 6 recessed lights and adding two pendants above the countertop. And for installing three 52 Hunter ceiling fans plus a whole house surge protector to the main power panel. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work performed and the low price we paid.
