Ron and David both have done great work on time, on schedule, and professionally several times adding new circuits, lights, or just fixing original electrical construction issues to both our house and the garages.

I will continue to use Ron's team for all my electrical needs, as they listen carefully to what is needed and explain any caveats to you to be able to complete the job (eg, changes that would have to be made) or just to provide you simple answers to your questions.

They all review their work with you at appropriate times during the projects and take care of the customer from start to finish.

I intend to have Ron give us budgetaries for wiring our basement as the next project for 20+ additional circuits and switches.

Kyle has been to my house before, and I trust him, as well as his work, completely. Today, he replaced 3 original smoke detectors with upgraded ones. He's competent, friendly, proactive, and just a generally nice person. I would absolutely use him and Roby Services again for future electrical services.

Bates sent us Thomas Rivera and we couldn't be more satisfied with his work. He was not only punctual, but he was extremely professional, yet friendly. He took the time to answer every question we had about the job he completed. He performed a general inspection of the main power panel to verify that everything was OK (we just bought the house and wanted some peace of mind), installed some smoke alarms, some floodlights outside in the backyard (he used a long ladder to get just below the roof on the second floor), and a brand new chandelier. He did everything smoothly and fast. It is clear that he is very knowledgeable and experienced on what he does. Once he was done, he even asked us for a broom and cleaned everything before he left. We would definitely recommend Bates and Thomas to everyone.

Tried to get them to come and and give me a quote on a job, all they wanted to do was charge me 95.00/hr. Didn't want to look at the job couldn't tell me how long it would take, after some begging he asks...where are you again? I repeat my address a second time (6 miles from their office) oh! your out of our area. Click... I guess they make too much $$$

Tommie Jordan just left my home. Through a Big Deal I purchased on Angie's List, he came in to assess an attic leak (which turned out to be HVAC) and look at our toilets which have been giving us problems. Tommie is extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We had a nice time talking to him and learning about our options for replacing some toilets.I would recommend Tommie and I.R.V. Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services. He also gave us some great advice about some of our other plumbing fixtures. He's also a Carolina Panther fan which is an added bonus for me :)I look forward to his visit next week when he replaces the upstairs toilet.

This was our first time using Mr. ELECTRIC and was very impressed. I would highly recommend this Company. They aren't the cheapest, but were fair in their pricing. We had them run 2 new wires in our garage from our box to a new heater and a new outlet for a air condtioner.
