Lux electrical service serviced our home on May 25, 2023. Because of this service we are able to use wall sockets that we have never used since we’ve been in our home. He’s very efficient respectful brilliant because now we are able to use a lot more space in our home. thanks to Lux Electrician.

I am giving this review a 5 star, but it does represent two different calls and if averaged together would be lower. This review represents our second technician. One of the technicians, Dusty Rhodes, was invaluable to help me figure out how to solve our electrical problem. Our first technician was very nice, but did not get the diagnosis yet we still had to pay the bill. Dusty listened, and really began some investigative work. Rather than replacing some breakers inside our house, he proved the problem was with outside lines (Duke Energy had already been here and said it was 'good' on their end). Not only did he do that, he stayed with me to call Duke Energy out again, specifically coaching me on what to relay to them. Well, Duke Energy came out three more times and fixed three different problems. All is working well now. I was so desperate for someone to listen to our problem, Dusty was the first one who did.

Frank added a 240-volt outlet to my garage for my electric car. It was good work at a fair price.

Staff is professional and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Never Been to or used pike electric

Hogging up the parking lot with all the work trucks.

Prior owners had Michael and sons install an ac unit before we bought this house. Permit was pulled but never inspected. County notified us of the problem. Contacted Michael and sons. They sent out a tech to check the system and then setup inspection. Inspector approved work and permit was cleared.Very professional crew and company. Thank you for all your help clearing the permit issues.

WTC has amazing customer service! They were prompt and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend them, and will use them again in the future.

They setup the appointment quickly. That I would have to was the end of it. I called after my appointment time passed, they let me know the electrician was running a little behind (as in 30 minutes because he was going to grab something to eat). Ok, no problem there, about 90 minutes later I get a call from the electrician saying he wasn't going to make it for another hour (2 and a half hours after appointment time), said ok I can deal with that, people have stuff come up. Called the business to let them know to cancel my request for service after an additional hour went by from when the electrician said he'd be here (3 and a half hours after my appointment time). Sound very professional on the phone and thought I found a good company based on the previous review (nice work from the photos and referrals from Duke energy). Had a few jobs that I need an electrician for out at the house so probably more disappointed then they are for losing my business.
