I called Ronnie at Sky Electric based on the reviews here, and he did not disappoint! I needed lights and outlets installed for a newly built detached garage/workshop, and his bid came in at roughly half of what others had quoted me (I suspected many of the other bids were inflated b/c the job was small-ish and they didn't want the work). He started on time, ran the permitting himself, and finished the job on time and on budget. He was great to work with, friendly and immediately responsive at all times! Even when there was some additional work needed, he stuck to his original bid. This is clearly an electrician who wants long-term clients, not one-off customers. Will gladly recommend Sky Electric to anyone who needs a quality job done at a fair and honest price.

I contacted Bates Electric to come out and install a charger for my electric vehicle. They gave me a fair price range on the phone and a time range when the technician would come. Rob came out and did a wonderful job, real quality work. Highly recommend!

EU Electrical Contractor did a light for me in my kitchen. The light looks great and the job was completed quickly. Customer service was great as well! 100% recommend to anyone in need of an electrician.

I was just going to move on but since they have emailed me 3-4 times in the past month for an appointment on Jan 15 2018.. I guess I should share my brief experience. The positive is the technician showed up quickly.. They have a policy that they will charge you $200 the moment they commence looking at your project. And they even go as far to disclaim that there is a chance they will not be able to perform the task you need and that you will still have to pay the $200. This routine seems pretty rehearsed and probably has been required by some attorney.

My technician looked at the front door light fixture and sure enough said it needed to be replaced and there was nothing he could do.. but that he would be happy to come back out to charge me another $200 to install the fixture once I have purchased it.

The lesson here is if you have any light fixture that you think is faulty.. the best plan is to go to Lowe’s/Home Depot/etc. and purchase a replacement.. they usually come with the installation. If it turns out the project doesn’t require the new fixture, you just return it. But at least you will have a reliable electrician that comes with the Lowe’s/ Home Depot stamp of approval who will assess your needs and not Overcharge you for what amounts to a 2 minute decision that they couldn’t help you.

I don’t like writing bad reviews but perhaps this will teach the Father and Son to use more discretion which previous clients to hound for public feedback.

The name discount electrical is a joke!. We had a light fixture that needed repair and thought it was wiring. However we only needed a different type of bulb. I was shocked when we received a bill for $125 yes $125 to change a lightbulb. He showed up an hour late and had to use our ladder! We don't mind paying for someones time but this is price gauging at its finest. Someone with this type of ethics to charge that much for that level of work should not be in business. Please do your research and be aware so you don't have to over pay like we just did.

JB Electric is fantastic! They have taken care of a few small things for me with ease and confidence. They have also taken care of some major electric issues for friends, with expert service. I highly recommend them for any electrical needs!

Jeremy Parker was a pleasure to work with. He installed 2 pendant lights in our master bedroom and did a wonderful job. He was efficient and professional and I would highly recommend him. I will definitely request him for any electrical projects down the line.

Gene Cook is the friendliest, most professional and just all around nice guy. It seems that my HVAC issue has been resolved. If it's not, he assured me that they will come back until it is. Can't ask for anything more than that.
